Easy, fast, very happy

Ordered some rings for travelling so I don’t lose or damage mine while abroad. The quality was excellent but they were a little too big so I reached out to customer service to change them, they were extremely helpful and quick to respond and sorted the replacements immediately. I would definitely buy from Diamoray again and would highly recommend!

My order was delivered really fast and I loved the rings I received. One of the eternity rings was a little to bulky for me so I asked for an exchange for some earrings which were equally as pretty when I received them with no hassle.

I personally ordered wrong size, oops. The customer service was on point, quick reply, very polite, they re ordered my size on both rings, I asked how I send others back, they told me to keep them, saying perhaps I could gift them to a friend.
I think what people forget is, these are not real gold they are costume jewellery of a good quality to mimic ( from a far) luxuary brands of diamond rings etc. Mine came in lovely white boxes and seem sturdy and havent tarnished because I keep them away from creams and perfumes.
I gave a 4* because the sizing guide was not too clear. But maybe it was just me that thought that. The rings on their adverts are definitely 5ct size, so order these if you want big and bold !!

It seems there's two Diamoray trustpilot options for reviews, this one seems to be for more complimentary reviews and the other one star reviews! Well...mine is a one star review.
The tracking all the way to me in the uk was from China and took over a week. Advert gives the impression the jewellery is from the UK, it's not. It might be sold via UK but it's cheap tat. Might have well gone to Lovissa on the High St and paid a lot less. I don't know who filmed the adverts showing the sparkly diamond rings but they need an Oscar!. The reality is lightweight imported cheap looking rings, nothing like anything that could possibly pass as fake silver or gold +/- diamonds. My fault, you get what you pay for and I paid for tat. Should have known better. Not sure about why some other reviewers think they're actually nice unless they're in receipt of jewellery manufactured somewhere different to me. Needless to say my cheap looking ring will not be worn and lesson learned.

I have just received my jewelry order and I must say that I am extremely disappointed. I honestly expected much more from a brand that presents itself as a strong name in luxury jewelry. Unfortunately, the pieces I received have very little to do with what was shown in the photos.

The earrings look completely different from the images advertised. The bracelet is a major disappointment, especially from the back side, where the finishing is very poor. The stones themselves are acceptable, but these types of stones are available everywhere and do not justify the price or the luxury image you promote.

The ring is also very disappointing — it looks poorly made, with rough edges, an unfinished feel, and a cheap-looking shiny metal finish.

What makes this even more disappointing is that, with the same amount of money, I could have purchased much better quality stainless steel jewelry or even silver pieces with a much better finish. The reality is that what you present as luxury does not match the product that arrives.

I expected a sophisticated, high-quality brand, but unfortunately, the reality is very different. The pieces feel more like simple, almost “childish” jewelry rather than the premium products you advertise.

This experience has honestly made me regret my purchase. I believe a brand should be transparent and deliver the same level of quality it promises to customers.

I would like a clear explanation and a proper solution regarding this matter.

I bought a ring and ordered the wrong size. I emailed the support to ask for an exchange and they could not have been nicer to me! Even tho the mistake was on my end they immediately responded and arranged for the perfect size to be shipped to me. The ring look absolutely amazing I cannot stop staring at it! I will surely order again in the future.

I have ordered so much from DIAMORAY. A ring for different occassions and a ring to replicate my engagement ring incase I lost it.
Customer service is exeptional. They reply to emails quickly, always helpful, happy to change orders if not dispatched. Happy to exchange or refund. Brilliant 😃

Sizing is made quite difficult to choose from.

Easy to contact yourselves and enquire about issues, that are then quickly resolved.

I complained about the quality of one of my three rings, and they immediately arranged for a replacement. The replacement came quickly and is fine. Communication was excellent I would definitely buy from this company again.

Great quality considering the price, solid pieces, good sparkle, decent sized stones and as described.
Well packaged and arrived quickly.
I dislike the clasps on the tennis bracelet and necklace though, they're very tricky to do up and undo.
