Great quality considering the price, solid pieces, good sparkle, decent sized stones and as described.
Well packaged and arrived quickly.
I dislike the clasps on the tennis bracelet and necklace though, they're very tricky to do up and undo.

Ordered an item online was easy to navigate. The item comes in a plastic bag and a clear post. So if buying for someone you will need to get a gift box. Overall though very sparkly and good quality. Would use them again.

Jewellery looked beautiful, shipping was fast. But unfortunately the gold plating on my ring was totally rubbed off after less than a month of wearing. I now have a silver ring with only gold remaining on the setting.

I would recommend this company, the ring I first had was lovely but I had to write to say about the claws on this one was wrong as it was a pear shaped ring but they sorted it out for me and I'm so happy with my order and with the customer service

Excellent customer service and problem sorted without any issues

I recently ordered three rings from Diamoray and wanted to share my experience because the customer service has been exceptional.

One of the rings I ordered looked quite different in person, as the stones were much smaller than they appeared on the website. I emailed the company to express my disappointment and concern, and within just a couple of hours I received a very helpful response. They immediately offered to exchange the ring for another of my choice, which I thought was a fantastic solution.

I selected a replacement ring, let them know my choice, and they promptly arranged for it to be sent out. To my surprise, they even told me there was no need to return the original ring as they didn’t want to inconvenience me. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. 😊

As for the jewellery itself, two of the three rings I ordered are absolutely beautiful. They are very sparkly, realistic-looking, and look far more expensive than they cost.

While I was initially disappointed with one item, Diamoray’s willingness to resolve the issue quickly and generously has completely won me over. Superior customer service and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily order from them again and highly recommend them.

The 2 rings are lovely look amazing on , unfortunately the tennis necklace was broken so I'm not able to use which is very sad as it looks lovely, I did email you on the day I received my order but have had no response.
Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Stunning pieces of jewellery, looks as good if not better than the real thing, also customer service is exceptional, wanted to exchange an item, gave them all the details and they sorted things within a few hours and new piece is on the way. Highly recommend

Rings I ordered were too small but replacements sent with no fuss.

The product description and photos do not match what I received.

I wrote an email to the support team without any expectation. I had a problem with a necklace but I wrote them just to let them know I wasn't happy with it (as opposed to a previous item that I really liked) To my surprise, the reply was prompt and super kind. They provided a solution that made me very happy. Grazie

Rings came quite quick quality was sensational unfortunately they were to small so I reordered immediately a larger size and was refunded for the rings that were to small. Customer service was exemplary
