Fabulous from Stuart to finish my ring is beautiful & very happy with the service.

Very straightforward process. It’s a beautiful ring. Extremely pleased with it. My daughter-in-law thought it was real!!

I had a problem with my beautiful ring and it was replaced at no cost.
Beautiful ring, excellent quality.

Love the jewellery and had a bit of problem with tarnishing and they sorted it out with a replacement with no no problem.. thoroughly recommend and will be buying from them again !

I bought a ring but it was too big.
Customer service was really great and understanding. They send me a second ring for free from the correct size. I was soo happy with the quality of the sparkle. Almost like the real deal. Thank you Diamoray.. x

Great customer service! I had an issue with my rings and they offered to replace them for free. They really care about the customer’s happiness and it makes me want to buy more from them in the future.

Beautiful rings & amazing customer service. The ring I ordered wasnt quite what I was expecting, a replacement ring in a different style was shipped straight away. Highly recommend Diamoray

My initial order was wrong but their customer service was top notch. They instantly sent a replacement for the item I did not receive and replied to all emails within 24 hours. When a ring didn’t fit they refunded me no problem. I have kept some rings and they are great quality

Beautiful jewellery at amazing prices! I had a problem with sizing of a ring and the customer service was way, way beyond anything I could have expected, simply amazing. Great company!

Love my purchases, would highly recommend this company 👌

Nice rings and bracelet. Very good service team

Excellent service and communication

These rings are beautiful . They take a while to arrive but so worth it. The wrong size arrived and I contacted their customer service who were straight on it. The correct size arrived just over a week later. Seriously though they are stunning.

Beautiful rings stunning quality for the price and excellant polite service will definatley use again and highly reccomend

Absolutely gorgeous ring! Bought it as a travel ring. The one I bought before didn’t fit well and customer service were fantastic- very prompt and replaced the ring immediately. Would highly recommend them. Am definitely going to buy more from this company.

Really pleased with the three rings I ordered, especially the 4.5carat Infinite Harmony ring. Would probably have ordered the thicker Elegant Harmony (2mm) and Enchanted Luster (1.6mm) rings with hindsight, but all three look good together and will be perfect to wear to the beach. Sizing is spot on. Took a little longer than predicted to deliver, hence only 4 stars.

Easy to choose, beautiful range. I love my ring so much this was the second one I bought so o could wear one all the time and keep one for special occasions

Great selection, very efficient service and delivery

Love the look of the travel rings I received, only little gripe would be that even though both were ordered in the same size one is bigger than the other which means the ring is constantly spinning or flipping upside down. Super quick delivery.
