DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a diamond art painting kit on 7th December. After 10 days as it hadn’t arrived I got in touch with them. Finally got a tracking number and it has only just been put on a plane!! Co side ring they are called diamondart UK I thought I was buying from a genuine English company. This is obviously a Chinese company under the guise or being in the uk. Absolutely disgusting and should be a law against it somehow. I’ve demanded money back as I’ve still not received it. Just been offered a £5 refund. I will not let it rest. I see they have a Facebook page reviews on there would hit harder than on here and if they deleting keep doing them.

While I appreciate it’s a busy time of…

While I appreciate it’s a busy time of year, it is for many other companies who response quickly. Also, to have my item still not shipped yet since the 17th December isn’t great. I also contacted their customer service on the 20th and have yet to receive a response either. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing as I’m also now worried the quality of the item will be poor, if it ever arrives!

I purchased a custom picture of a friends dog and did it for her as a gift and she absolutely loves it. The picture when done was absolutely perfect.

I was well impressed

Never used this company before but the selection was amazing. Ordered a Dumbo, UP ( balloons and house) and Sunflowers. The first 2 were Xmas gifts. Easy web site to use, delivery took 3 weeks to arrive. Packaged very well, quality of diamond pictures are excellent, letters super easy to spot and so sticky for the diamonds( but not enough so that you can move them if you need to ). Completed the two for gifts and now framed they are stunning, can't wait for Xmas day to see their
faces.
To be honest, if I had read the reviews first I may have thought twice about using the company. Glad now that I hadn't. Will definitely be buying from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. It is not UK based. It doesn’t provide products. Using false websites with false tracking. Absolute pile of shite. Scammers. Don’t respond to emails and when they do - their response is nonsense. Wasted a month of my life waiting for something that was a gift. Do not buy from them - wouldn’t use again even if they gave me an item for free. Reviews on their website are fake!!!!

Very poor company

Very poor company, been waiting over 2 months, no movement on tracking app , customer service, just keep saying wait it , is coming.
Not a UK company, china, don't waist your money,

I received my order and the package was…

I received my order and the package was really damaged so I asked for a refund and they sent me a replacement but that packaging was worse than the first one. S I asked for a full refund but they offered me £3.00 compansation to go out and buy my own packaging!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I purchased my first custom made canvas…

I purchased my first custom made canvas a couple of months ago. I found the quality of the canvas and the products to enable me to complete the picture excellent. This was the first time I had worked on a custom made canvas and square diamonds, I can honestly say the final result was outstanding. the picture was one of a relatives pet cat which was well received.

I ordered a custom product several days…

I ordered a custom product several days ago, I didn’t receive a confirmation email but I have been charged.
I contacted the company stating how I’ve heard nothing, I got a reply - asking me for an order number (which I never received), and asking for the payment details I used….. which isn’t right.
I have replied, minus my payment details obviously, but I’ve heard nothing since. I wouldn’t recommend using this company, especially this close to Christmas.

Terrible company never again

Terrible company never again
My Parcel was meant to be delivered on the 17th November 2025, Sadly the courier delivered 2 empty boxes and was challenged about this, he deliberately hid the damage to the boxes so he could make his delivery quota, when i asked him about the empty boxes he said he got them that way so £138 pound order missing never received, this company has dragged it out since this point still no refund and I have offered the video proof of the courier wrong doing, and this joke of a company offered me £3 pounds as compensation for a £138 pound order, this was to be a present to my wife on the 1st of December 2025 and as they dragged out slow response after slow response they could not get a replacement order here on time so I sourced a different gift for my wife, this lot have still done nothing to resolve this matter so I have had to go to the bank and file a goods not received claim. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS you could lose money and get no help and no goods, I have 2 ring doorbell videos showing the dirty courier and this lot are not interested at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have contacted you several times and you try to fob me off with low offers £3 / £12 / a small gift token if i accept you resending which i will never do, and why dont you be honest and state you are not uk based

I find it both sad and dishonest of you not to allow reviews left on your website that are not perfect, you deciding what reviews are allowed to be seen is unfair on the people spending money thinking your service is gold star when it really is not
