Fantastic service from start to finish

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. From ordering to delivery was a great experience keeping up to date all the time via emails and texts

The ordering process was very good and we were kept informed of how our order was progressing. The delivery men were a little heavy handed and although the furniture was not damaged there could easily have been some damage to the trim or b our conservatory door. Luckily I was very n hand to guide the box through the door to avoid possible damage. Very pleased with the product so far.

Purchased a rattan sofa for conservatory use. Product is good. However at first when the product was delivered it had, which seemed to be delivery insured damages, which when I raised it with sales I was given prompt discount. But later I found the upholstery was done properly and I had to reach out to their customer service again. This time it was replaced and looked good. Overall experience is ok, but all the hassle of replacing the sofa could have been avoided if proper checks were in place for quality before delivery.

I needed replacement seat and back cushions for my Conservatory furniture - four sets. I had helpful conversation over the phone and online. Very attractive fabric samples were sent to me. After choosing one and placing order the new cushions arrived a few days later. Very pleased with them.

Nice showroom in Manchester so was great to see the range in the flesh and try them out. Staff were helpful and attentive which made the purchase process very easy. Really happy with the sofa we chose and looks great in our conservatory.

Emailed for advice on replacement cushions and covers, which was promptly given. Sent for samples which also came quickly, decision made, and soon new cushions and covers made old settee and chairs look great again.

I am delighted with my Turin light oak 2 seater suite and coffee table. Top quality and very well made cushions and frames. Worth every penny! Efficient delivery service, everything was very well packed and received within 12 days of placing the order.
