Lovely case, great quality

My experience with Design My Case was great. The design was exactly what I wanted, it's good quality, looks wonderful, it came quickly, and their customer service/communication is brilliant. Highly recommended!

Amazing Product

What Can I say, Amazing product, Amazing Company, Highly recommend, Really Fast Delivery, The case is amazing, Totally delighted with it, Amazing Quailty and really strong, The Picture comes out wonderful, Loads of people loved it, Cant Thank You enough, Cant Go Wrong with this Company.

Really great quality

Really great quality! Use on my phone everyday dropped a few times by accident but no scratches or cracks or any damage! Love it and definitely recommend it, fits perfectly

Wat can I say ......I saw the case where I put my own picture on it.... send it to them and within a few days I had the case .... amazing quality and the fit was perfect.
Can't praise the company enough...give them a try

SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't buy, it's a scam! After waiting ten days and the estimated arrival date having passed, I tried to contact their customer service and they always sent me the same link that took me back to Royal Mail saying that it had been shipped but without an address or information. Furthermore, they always responded robotically with the same sentences, they even asked me to provide them with Paypal details so they could better track it. After that, when I asked for a refund, they didn't respond and then blocked me from sending further messages to ask for assistance. I'm really disappointed because tomorrow would have been our wedding anniversary and we'll be leaving early in the morning and I was waiting for this as a gift because there was an important photo that I wanted to put in the phone case. Don't get scammed!

We value all customer feedback, but it’s important that reviews remain accurate and fair. After reviewing your order, Royal Mail have confirmed that it was delivered on 16/08/2025.

Because you claimed the item had not arrived, we requested further details from you so that we could escalate this with Royal Mail directly. Unfortunately, no response was received. At no stage have we blocked communication — your chat with us remains open and awaiting your reply.

You requested an immediate refund, but as outlined in our policy, we cannot issue refunds until Royal Mail’s tracking details have been verified. This is standard procedure to ensure every case is handled correctly and fairly.

Referring to the situation as a “scam” is both misleading and unnecessarily dramatic. The facts are clear: your order was dispatched, marked as delivered, and we have been waiting for your cooperation to investigate further.
