Ordine effettuato il 7 aprile, ancora non arrivato e soprattutto non tracciabile. Poco seri e poco chiari. Dovrebbero specificare che ordine parte dall estero e che NON è tracciabile. Statene lontani, altri siti in 3 giorni si ha la cover a casa.

I am very pleased with the case, but the shipping is another thing. The postmark on the mailer was 4/1 and I got it on 4/16. There was little to no tracking for the order, so I was totally shocked to find out it was actually being delivered! I thought it was lost in the mail, and had put in a request for replacement or refund. More tracking please!

Ich warte seit einem Monat auf mein Paket, obwohl 5–7 Werktage angegeben waren. Dann konnen Sie auch einfach 5–7 Woche schreiben können. Und mein Paket ist noch nicht angekommen.Ich werde nie wieder auf Ihrer Website bestellen.

Placed my order nearly a month ago and delivery status has been 'with courier' (Evri) for over 2 weeks. They keep saying it will be delivered but nothing yet. I'm getting very fed up.

I have ordered a custom case for my Samsung S25 Ultra and it came after 2 weeks, but there was a white imprint on it, which I did not like. I asked this company — Case24 — to please, redeliver a new one, and they did so! I am very happy with my case. I heavily recommend this website. The print quality is really good, too.

I just like the case. Decent price for a decent product with straightforward customization.

Bei der Bestellung einer (teuren, 35€) iPad Hülle wurde als „Lieferzeit 5-7 Tage“ bestätigt. Nach über 14 Tagen und 4-maligem Nachfragen bei einem „Kundenservice“ der sich aber tod stellt und nicht antwortet, jetzt endlich die Info, dass das Produkt an DHL übergeben wurde und die Lieferzeit (aha! also die Zeit, die DHL vermutlich braucht um die Sendung zu befördern und auszuliefern) jetzt noch 5-7 Tage dauert.
Vom Erteilen der Bestellung bis zur Ankunft bei mir also insgesamt ca. 3 (DREI!!) Wochen !?!?!? Das hätte man vorher deutlich kommunizieren müssen! Wer bezieht die 5-7 Tage Lieferzeit schon auf die postlaufzeit?
Das verärgert mich als Kunde und ich fühle mich für dumm verkauft.
Und wozu schmückt sich diese Firma mit einem Kundendienst der auch auf 4 Nachfragen nicht reagiert?

These guys were the only ones that had the option to do what i wanted to do on a clear phone case and for a reasonable price as well. They sent my logo printed on a white bg first but when i contacted them about it they immediately sent me a new one with a transparent bg and the image and printing seems quite detailed, which is what i was after. I'm really happy with my new case and appreciate their customer service.

The case looks gr8. Came quickly despite the snow we received.Hope the case is scratch resistant.

They promised rondleider the case within 1 day. That’s now 9 saus ago. Never heard of them since. No tracking information Nothing.

Although there was considerable delay, the end-product is excellent and worth waiting for. This replaces my earlier (negative) report when I feared that I would never see an end-product, but Case24 delivered and I am happy with the final result !

I have no idea where my order is sadly so cannot comment on the quality of the item.

*edit, I have now received this and sadly is very poor quality and the print is coming off of the case already

The printing of the custom phone case is beautiful and true to the color of the image I submitted. I purchased the phone case with the brackets in it, and a cross-body black strap, so that I can effortlessly carry it around. No more losing my phone because I don't have pockets in whatever I'm wearing! It's fantastic. I'm already glued to my phone. It may as well be almost an extension of my body. This case gives me the ability to do that. I love my new case.

Sehr sehr schlecht. Hatte eine personalisierte Handyhülle machen lassen, die Qualität war schrecklich, das Bild total verzehrt und dann musste ich dafür auch noch 20€ bezahlen, obwohl ich mit der schrecklichen Qualität der Hülle nichts anfangen konnte. So eine Abzocke, super schlechte Qualität und dann auch noch so viel dafür bezahlen! Nie wieder, lasst lieber die Finger davon und bestellt woanders

It's a very nice case, very happy with the end product. Just a shame they use Evri as the delivery company as they are utterly useless, would rather pay a little more and use someone else.
