Dennis Uniform Arvostelua 

Ordered school uniforms on June 2nd and my daughter still has not received any of her shirts for school and it starts tomorrow 8-8-24. Not acceptable to take my money in June and not fulfill the order in time for school.

The sizing online is not very accurate when you are shopping for a very petite individual and another who is very athletic. Due to this, we decided to visit the store in Catonsville, Maryland in January instead of shopping online. Ms. Tracey and Cynthia were extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sold. Their exceptional service prompted us to continue shopping at the store directly rather than online.

Recently, I called to inquire about the availability of certain clothing items before making the trip to the store for next year's clothing. Mykal and Ms. Tracey assisted me once again and had the items ready for pick-up. Instead of making the long drive, they offered to ship the products to me. The items arrived the next day, which was a huge help considering I have 7 kids. I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was with these three ladies. It's rare to find such good customer service, and I will exclusively use the Catonsville store for all my school clothing needs. Thank you.

Dennis Uniform is an unethical company. Will avoid buying from them if possible. Bought over $700 uniform items online in May, three items are still outstanding with no estimated delivery dates. They most likely won't arrive before school starts at end of August. The order came in numerous packages with no delivery notices at all. Just received the 9 pairs of socks after 7 weeks. The socks in a package of 3 are selling for $16.95 online, but the price on the package is clearly marked for $14.95. The socks are made in China which are the same as other ones selling for $12.95 at other uniform shops online. Please be aware of the pricing differential and don't get ripped off by the company. The quality of the goods is not better, but merely overpriced! Also the origins of the products are not disclosed online neither.

The staff there was very helpful and kind to us. Lots of selection, and many items were in stock. One of the staff members named Sara made shopping for uniforms quick and easy.

Two stars is generous. A word of caution to parents new to Dennis Uniform. Order your child's uniforms as early as possible because the delay is ridiculous and communication is worse. The excuse of "problems with production" only works for so long before there's a reasonable expectation that they resolve that problem. Most recently, I ordered a shirt April 2. As of the chat with customer service this morning, they are still working on it and can't yet give me a delivery date (May 13th.) I hope to maybe get the shirt by the start of the next school year. I would never buy from them if it weren't required by my children's school.

Complete scam, deliverys typically two months late, low qauilty.

New owers are Private Equity, that are trying to ripe of parents, because their schools are dumb enough to give them a monoply. Prices are better at Nordstroms. Quickly is grab, and customer sevices is even worse.

Products seem to always be on back order and arrive 2-3 months after order is placed. I have not had a single order where I have received uniforms in a timely manner. It’s kind of important for customers to receive their uniforms as they are a school requirement. Not sure what the issue is but they need to figure something out.

This is the second year our school has had your company and I am less than pleased. I have an issue as to why the new uniform is not offered with the Fiberlok that was offered last year? The newer color is even more expensive and with the cheap white iron on is not worth what you are charging. Why too are you out of all the youth sizes?? Is your company not prepared for the job they have taken on? As a distributor for a private school and hundreds of other schools this is ridiculous. Students and parents have had to wait a lengthy amount of time for orders and when something is needed the items aren't available. Your management teams need to do better.

Overpriced for under quality clothes. Service and returns department are terrible. My returns were received over a month ago and no one is able to offer a time frame for when I can expect a return. They keep saying they are backed up, it seems like they are hoping people forget about their returns so they never have to refund them. Orders are also on back order for the past two months, I still have not received my entire order. I would not recommend using them unfortunately my kids school requires us to purchase from them. My next step is contacting legal representation to assist with getting my money back. And reporting to BBB.

Ordered over 200 dollars for six polo t shirts and six regular t shirts in the last week of July 2023 without any clue that they simply cannot supply anything. Their website claims most orders are filled within 10 days and I THOUGHT I was planning ahead. Fast forward to today - no ready order, customer service email is effectively nonsense as the only reply you get is they cannot even give an estimated time on when the order could be ready.

Truly awful.

The overpriced stamped shirts lose their logo before ever being washed.

Half of the items ordered on July 4th aren’t here by the first day of school on August 15th.

When you call customer service you are told no one is there to help, and the phone system hangs up on you.

Emails have had no response for days.

What a cluster this is

Ordered $325 in uniforms back on July 14th. It was within 48 hours of receiving ordering instructions from the school.

First time ordering from Dennis.

Received one pair of socks (out of 13 items) and it’s now a month later, 8/14.

Called repeatedly and no answer, sent two emails and ZERO response.

Daughter didn’t have her uniform for first day.

These people are terrible. The patches on the uniforms are already coming off after 1 wash. Customer service says they are aware of the issue, but that I have to get a replacement by requesting through email. Days go by and you get zero response.
