I was happy the order actually came as I have been scammed before from a social media ad. But it runs extremely small, and took about 2.5 weeks. Not worth trying to return as I can squeeze in but wont be ordering again, a bit overpriced.

Absolutely worst experience, I ordered something and canceled immediately as I didn’t want it. Notified the company straight away and they have said that the order has been fulfilled (within immediate notification from my side it is hard to believe that order gets fulfilled in that pace as I work in the logistics and deal with this daily). They have than never sent me the tracking update and I have emailed the customer support multiple times with no reply. Item arrived after 3 weeks with no notification and I asked for return i structions to which they replied they are no longer accepting return even tho the website states otherwise and I have sent them a screenshot and asked for explanation. They have not explained a thing simply saying in each email that they won’t accept it.
They do not respect the customer and fake advertise.

Ordered 16 days ago. Being ignored. Missed the package for my trip - #FLTRS2719090. no updates. please avoid this company. I will leave bad reviews whereever I can until I am refunded. AVOID. THEY WILL ALSO IGNORE YOU ON INSTAGRAM DM.

Order took a little long but shirts fit great look great. So many compliments and conversation starters!! Reccomend

I received my hoodie and immediately began wearing it, right away I got a few laughs from people reading it as well as a couple people told me it was inappropriate but they don't have a sense of humor so it's fine haha. Pretty sure I'll need to order a second one as my girlfriend has already worn it more times than me in the 2 days I've had it.

I placed the following negative review here last week. They reply with the answer of sending them an e mail with the order number, which has been done weeks ago and also did that when they asked me to, after placing the review. Still no response. They are completely ot reliable, a terrible chinese company where they do not promise what they say. never ever order from them

DO NOT support nofltrs. absolutely shady company do not buy from them. they advertise a return policy but do not follow it and will either go non communicative or make up excuses as to why they won’t honor their own policy and shut you down. their sizing is all wrong, the shirts run small and are very thin fabric. 100% not worth the money or the waste of time.

I ordered a specific T-shirt from NOFLTRS, but they sent me a completely different design.

I contacted them about the issue immediately. Rather than simply sending the correct item and arranging the return of the incorrect one, I was offered a 50% refund or told I could pay a further £16 in shipping to receive the correct T-shirt. I did not think it was reasonable to pay additional shipping to correct an error that was not mine.

I therefore formally requested a full refund and asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager. My email was then left unanswered for 10 days.

After chasing again, I eventually received a response saying that my refund request had been passed to the "relevant team", but without confirming when the refund would actually be processed.

The original order itself was only £31, so this should have been an extremely straightforward issue to resolve. Instead, I have spent considerable time emailing back and forth and chasing for a response.

Mistakes with orders can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. Unfortunately, my experience with NOFLTRS has been poor, particularly in terms of communication, response times and the effort required to obtain a straightforward resolution.

I hope the refund is now processed promptly, but based on my experience so far, I would be reluctant to order from NOFLTRS again.

Good customer service, good quality , Recommended!

The sizes are smaller as indicated. After you request a return, you simply will not be answered anymore. E-mail is all ignored that I call good service. Dont Order from here!

Edit: FLTRS278804 is my Ordernumber. It definitely didn't end up in the spam you just don't answer my e-mails have already written to you 4 times.

En ce qui me concerne super, je suis hyper contente des trois t-shirts. Ils font leur effet avec un imprimé original. Il faut s'attendre à une livraison. Un petit peu longue en France en tout cas mais sinon rien à dire c'est génial.

I truly had a good experience with them. I’ve placed 3 separate orders. It does take a little bit to get the package, but not everything can be as fast as Amazon overnight. The quality of the t-shirt fabric is like any other generic t-shirt fabric - nothing fancy, but also not thin and see through. Any time I wear one of my shirts, I get a handful of compliments/jokes about it.

Commande passée le 4 août (#FLTRS2714655) et nous sommes le 17 août : toujours aucune nouvelle.

L’application affiche simplement “Waiting for details”, sans aucune information permettant de savoir si ma commande a été expédiée ou même préparée. Aucun numéro de suivi, aucune date de livraison estimée, rien.

J’ai également contacté le service client par mail pour savoir où en était ma commande et je n’ai, à ce jour, reçu aucune réponse.

Je peux parfaitement comprendre qu’une livraison prenne du retard, mais rester près de deux semaines sans la moindre information et sans réponse du service client est franchement décevant.

It is a horrible tshirt quality and sizing even worse. I sent them an email for return but they are still send me this for review. Here is my review, i wont ever never order anything from them as they have the most bad quality on a thisrt i have ever seen.

My experience with this company was awful! They do dropshipping from China, with terrible quality t-shirts. If you request a return, they tell you to your face that the return shipping will be very expensive, trying to make you give up on returning it. They don't answer any emails, they don't send any return tracking number to prove it, they only send you the address to send it back to, making you pay the costs yourself. They treat you badly and even delete all the negative comments you make on their Instagram posts to prevent others from seeing them!

Responding to the false reply you gave:
you're saying this here, but you haven't even replied to my email yet, much less offered any solution other than charging for an extremely expensive shipment to send the shirt back I have proof that none of my emails were answered and that all my comments were deleted.

I ordered three T-shirts from NOFLTRS (Order #FLTRS2711052). Unfortunately, the products I received did not match the quality shown on the website.
The print quality was poor. One shirt had patchy, uneven red printing, while another had blurry text with soft, indistinct edges. Overall, the products looked significantly lower in quality than advertised.
I contacted customer support immediately and requested a return and a full refund. Since then, I have sent the same photos documenting the defects five separate times. The latest email included nine JPEG images. I also CC'd myself and confirmed that all attachments were present, could be opened, and downloaded without any issues.
Despite this, customer support repeatedly claimed they were unable to access the attachments and continued asking me to send the photos again. After multiple emails over more than a week, I still had not received a prepaid return label or a satisfactory resolution.
I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly with the company before writing this review.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend NOFLTRS.

It’s been 17 days since i placed the order but still no any updates no one send my t-shirt if i knew it will take that long i wasn’t not place the order…
I also did not get the track id but i have to declare the t-shirt in my customs
The 17 days to get the 1 track id or package to send is too long for me

Order not received and no tracking information available

I placed an online order in mid-July, but when I try to check it on the tracking page provided by the company, no information appears.

I contacted customer service to ask for clarification, but they simply told me that the carrier had marked the package as delivered and advised me to check with my neighbors, mailbox, reception desk, and other possible delivery locations.

I have checked all of these places and the package has not been received. I have also not been provided with the carrier’s name, a tracking number, the delivery date, or any proof of delivery.

At this point, I am still waiting for the company to properly investigate what happened and provide a solution. I will update this review depending on how the issue is handled.
