Dennis Uniform Arvostelua 

Stole my money and NEVER shipped my order. They kept saying it was coming. Over $200 they stole from me. Led me to believe it was coming until I couldn’t contest it anymore. This place should be shut down!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY SITE SELLING LIQUIDATION. ITEMS ARE LISTED AS DENNIS BRAND BUT ARE NOT. MINE WAS SOME ELDERWEAR CRAP BRAND. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT ORDER NO EAY TO GET MONEY BACK BUT TO CALL CREDIT CARD. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUD!!

Ordered from Dennis Liquidation and received nothing for 7 weeks. They send an order confirmation email saying orders might be delayed, but they charge you immediately. There is zero way to contact them so we did a chargeback with our credit card. Immediately got an email that order was cancelled.

Ordered several shorts from Dennis Liquidation and received Mills brand shorts! These are not uniform approved at our school and there is no recourse to return or refund even though their website says you can if it is an error on their end. DO NOT order from this site. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

Ordered from Dennis Uniform Liquidators. All of the bottoms (shorts) that I ordered are the correct size and look great. All of the polo shirts and one fleece pull over have a random logo with no indication of that in the item picture or description. Don't buy polos/shirts!

Do not buy from Dennis Uniform Liquidation. I ordered my daughter's uniform shirts thinking it would be great to get some back up shirts.
1. They sent none of the correct shirts and actually sent ones with random logos on them.
2. There is no one to call or send them back to
3. Horrible customer service.
Just buy from whatever new company your school works with.

I ordered from here and got the wrong items. They even messaged me back about what I had ordered. Now I’m out $$ and have a belt and skirt that I didn’t even order. Not right at all. Now I see why they are out of business.

I've been calling and calling with no answer from them, and I'm really frustrated at this point. I placed an order back on August 1st 2024, and I'm still missing most of the items. It's been way too long, and I haven't received any updates. This happens every year where I don't receive my full order, and it's absolutely ridiculous.

I need either a refund for the missing items or for them to send me the uniforms I paid for. They’re supposed to be professional, but this is far from it. If this isn't resolved immediately, I’ll make sure to never order from them again, and I'll share my experience with others and my child school.

This is horrible...give me back my money!!!! Ordered 300.00 in uniforms for my kids in July. Never received it, disputed the charges with my bank and they still want the money! You have to be kidding me. You have provided me nothing! This is horrible what you have done to people.

I ordered two uniforms in October and never got them. They don’t answer emails or the phone. Total SCAM!!!!

I placed an order four months ago, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet. I’ve also been unable to get in touch with customer service for support. When I call, the line simply hang up on me. If I’m lucky enough to talk to someone, I’m told it’s a “back-order”. Feels like a scam.

Ordered back in August and still haven’t received my full order. I have been asking for a refund and no response. My daughter’s school is no longer working with them because this has been a nightmare for many families.

WORST experience I have ever had!!!

I have been waiting over four months for my order, which, due to an arror made by one of their employees, was shipped to the wrong state. Despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and the inability to resolve the issue promptly has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone based on my experience.

Quality is fine and their customer service ladies are very kind but their turn around is terrible. Almost 4 months and my order is not fulfilled. I called 3 weeks ago and was told the order should be shipping any day. Nope. I just called and they had no idea when they will be shipped. My twins have been having to share the same two polos since mid August. I had to cancel my order and just reorder in a different color. They took the shipping off at least. Super frustrating. I really hope our school considers a different company soon.

In 2023 my parents placed an order for uniforms in late June. It took 5 or 6 follow up phone calls and e-mails for Dennis Uniform to FINALLY honor the order in DECEMBER (6 mo.) later.
This year in 2024, placed order in late July and as of Sept. 25th they STILL haven't fulfilled the order and are predicting (guessing) it won't be until Oct 11th. - 4 mo. later to get a dress.

The worse part is that the Customer Service dept. NEVER offers a rational/logical explanation as to WHY.. just that they are busy and are doing their best.
Customer will be more tolerant and patient IF you offer some sorta meaningful reason and not cookie-cutter responses that amount to 'Oops! Sorry!'

I don't know if it's badly ran management, that our School's uniform is made from rare materials or a super unpopular and hard to source pattern? Is it labor shortages? Do they purchase uniforms in batches and I'm placing my order just after the last batch was made?
Like literally ANY explanation would be better than NO explanation.

This is the ONLY source of the Uniforms right now. Something I'm attempting to change.

Out of stock on many items. Online orders takes months and Customer service sound like they don’t care and can only say “Should ship soon”. Really hope the school change supplier

Horrible company. We spent over $500 at the beginning of June and our order is not here. Our school starts next week. No one from the company can give me any information about my order. They took my money and ran. They need to be investigated!

Placed an order on June 29th and was told in mid-late July that it was being processed and it would be 2-3 weeks (not consistent with the website that says 2-3 weeks from date of purchase) as of 8-26-24, we have not received the school shirt. I would encourage everyone to bring this issue to your schools. The competitor vendor is Anton Uniforms. They need to change vendors!

I placed an order for my son at the beginning of July 2024. After a month, with NO updates, I emailed asking for and update. I was told that there was a delay due to the start of school ordering overload and that I would receive an email when the uniform shipped. I emailed back that I would need more information than that. After a week, a customer service representative - Michelle - let me know that the mistake was on their end. For some reason my order never made it to the warehouse. So I could ask them to place a ticket to the warehouse and they may get my order shipped in another 2-3 weeks. They couldn't make any promises. My other option was to completely cancel my order and then reorder again. Of course, it would still take another 2-3 weeks to receive my order. I cancelled my order and asked to speak to someone higher up and was given two random names and told I couldn't have last names or contact information.

This has been stupid. I did nothing wrong. They messed up and feel no need to make anything right.

I have been experiencing significant delays in receiving my orders from this company. It seems they never have sufficient stock to meet the store's demands. Additionally, it's challenging to get in touch with someone over the phone to address any queries I have. If I had other options for purchasing my child's clothing, I would definitely go elsewhere. It's simply unacceptable and reflects poor planning on their part. They should be able to provide estimated delivery dates, so parents can plan accordingly and inform the school when their child will be dressed appropriately. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
