I ordered a magnetic bracelet and ring, they came in good time and were well packaged. I love my jewellery it is so pretty, I have just ordered another magnetic ring for my mum and a bracelet for my husband. I am benefiting from better sleep already. Thank you!

Fabulous product and great customer service

Purchased White Gold earrings for a Christmas present. Arrived really quickly and well packaged. Fabulous little illuminated gift box really shows them off! My wife absolutely loved them. Customer support was excellent when I made a mistake with the delivery address which was very quickly sorted. 5* product and service.

Everything was going great,chose a Xmas…

Everything was going great,chose a Xmas present for my wife and ordered the item…but for some strange reason they labelled the delivery address using ‘Home Home’ instead of MY name resulting in my wife opening the package when it was delivered and ruining her surprise Xmas gift.

Our system uses the delivery name exactly as entered at checkout, which can sometimes be auto-filled. We are unable to amend this once an order is placed. Unfortunately i used one of your competitors, from Instagram; 6 weeks later I still didn't have my complete order .
Less than a week ordered and your delivery was on the doorstep .
