No Refunds, No Flexibility – International Customers Beware
Very disappointing experience.
I ordered shorts internationally (shipped to Malaysia) and the sizing was completely off. They agreed to one exchange, but even the XXL did not fit properly.
I offered to send the shorts back again at my own cost and pay all additional shipping, customs, and handling fees to exchange for two different items that would fit — but they refused.
They also do not offer refunds on international orders, which leaves you completely stuck if sizing doesn’t work out.
For an online retailer selling premium brands, the after-sales support is extremely inflexible. Be very careful ordering internationally, especially with sizing.

Dear Kofi,
Royal Mail has confirmed that your order was successfully delivered to the address provided, with a delivery scan and a recorded signature at the property.
In your own review, you state that the parcel was handed to someone at the address. This confirms that delivery was completed and accepted there. Royal Mail does not verify the identity of the signer at residential addresses — any person present may receive a delivery on behalf of the household.
Once a parcel has been delivered and accepted at the address, it is considered successfully fulfilled. This shipment was not lost in transit and not undelivered — it was delivered and signed for at the address provided.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, great quality as well! However the two items I ordered as Christmas presents are too small and I have been trying to contact you , twice by email and once by Instagram which has been 3 days and I haven’t had a response. I would like to return these to have a refund but I need someone to get back to me. Could someone please respond. Thank you!
