I like the company but I was sent the wrong item. I emailed customer service and they have all been very good and the replies were sent within 5 minutes which I would say is excellent service and I really appreciate it. I have had to send my item back and paid over £10.00 tracked which I'vebeentold to send a photo of my return receipt. The company could do with implementing a bar code return system because alot of people like myself do not have printers. Keep up the good service

Having reviewed the matter, we can confirm that your order was dispatched promptly to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, the delivery itself was handled by an independent courier, and we were not made aware of any difficulties locating the property until after your review was posted.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you directly and offered to arrange redelivery using an alternative courier service to help resolve the situation.
We completely understand how frustrating repeated delivery attempts can be. However, we do feel this review relates primarily to the courier’s inability to locate the address rather than the service provided by Demand UK.

This delay was caused by DPD during the Easter holiday period, where collections and deliveries were temporarily reduced across the network.
We did not receive any contact prior to this review, but have since reached out and clarified the situation. The parcel is already in transit and will be delivered shortly.

Got a cream coloured Ami t shirt (red heart) delivered today. Fantastic product at the cheapest price I’ve been able to find online.
I also must shout out George for the fantastic and responsive customer service. Long story short, I ordered an XL but got a bit confused about sizing thinking it may be too small for me. George responded very quickly to my query, checked the sizing on the XL and turns out it was the perfect size for me after all! I will absolutely be a returning customer!

Great Customer Service
I purchased an item and selected next working day delivery, as I needed it for an event. Although my order was completed, it was not dispatched for quite some time.
I contacted the Customer Service team, and they responded quickly with a clear explanation of the delay. Unfortunately, since the item was required by a specific date, it became clear that it would not arrive in time. I therefore requested a cancellation and a full refund.
The Customer Service team handled my case professionally and proceeded with cancelling the order and issuing a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, with all associated fees waived.
I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided. Special thanks to George for taking care of my enquiry so efficiently.
