I have purchased of kith before the item is definitely not authentic when comparing the MRdripzz t shirt and the one from the website and for £140 I feel I have been scammed after emailing for a return and a refund.

Thank you for your feedback, Finlay. We’re disappointed to see this review, particularly as it does not reflect the full communication or service provided.
Your initial email stated only that you believed the item was not authentic; it did not include a request to return the item or receive a refund. We responded promptly, explained that our previous-season designer pieces are sourced through a trusted network of reputable European suppliers and authorised outlets, and invited you to provide details or photographs of your concerns so we could investigate them properly.
At no point did we refuse a return or refund. Had a return been requested in the original email, we would have provided the appropriate return instructions straight away. We have now contacted you directly with the return information so this can be resolved.
We take both product authenticity and customer service extremely seriously, and we remain fully committed to resolving genuine concerns fairly and professionally. We therefore feel that describing the experience as having been “scammed” does not fairly represent how this matter has been handled.

Honestly couldnt have asked for a better service from Mrdrippz. I ordered a pair of Fendi swim shorts, when they came was visibly too small for me, and asked for an exchange to which i emailed them. I told them i needed them fast because of a flight im catching in the next few days. They came up with a solution for me to just order the size up and just return the smaller shorts. To which their dispatch and posting time was very well kept. The new shorts just arrived today, in time for my flight on thursday. Im very pleased with the service this far. I hope the refund for the smaller pair i returned yesterday will be as prompt and efficient according with the service i have already received. My first time using Mrdrippz and definitely wont be my last. Thank you

Horrendous customer care now sorted
Only giving one star at this time as Mr drippz has left me in limbo .purchased dolce and gabbana t-shirt from them through love the sales .have sent numerous emails to Mr drippz and love the sales but have so far just been robbed off and not yet provided with a return address to send garment back too .very expensive item with very cheap aftercare and strikes of a cowboy operation .hopefully resolved will come soon and restore my dwindling faith in Mr drippz . Love the sales have not given me adress to send t-shirt back to .please provide some can return t-shirt .Mr dripzz has now made my experience better and got me garment I require at discounted price and next day delivery as 3rd party vendor was at fault for initial issues

To clarify, your return has not been refused at any stage. As outlined, for a refund to your original payment method, the item simply needs to be returned directly to our address using Royal Mail only. Our prepaid return labels are offered exclusively for store credit or exchanges.

Great quality and quick delivery
I recently ordered a few pieces from this store and the experience was excellent. The order arrived very quickly and everything was packaged perfectly. I bought two Casablanca t-shirts and three pairs of Givenchy pants, and all of them arrived in perfect condition. The quality is amazing, exactly what you would expect from designer pieces. The fabrics feel premium, the fit is great, and everything looked completely new and authentic. It’s honestly reassuring to find an online store where you can order designer clothing and receive exactly what you expect. I’ll definitely order again!! 🫱🏻🫲🏼

Depending on your bank’s processing times, the funds should appear back in your account within 3–5 business days.
