Pizza hut Rayners Lane. Food was quick and hot and delivery guy was friendly.

I had a three guests drop by, as my new grand daughter was here, so - as usual - I ordered a couple Pizzas. I normally have the two large Pizzas for £21.99 deal, so when i saw a "Buy one get one free, for £21.99, I ordered there.

Two small Pizzas were delivered, and when i called Pizza hut, they told me I ordered two small Pizzas, and all Pizzas are £21.99, on this deal.

This is such a low down, dirty and obvious con, that it beggars belief that the practice is even allowed, as Pizza Hut sells small, medium and large Pizzas at different prices, OBVIOUSLY. Whoever authorised this promotion should be fired.

Extremely DISGUSTING, unscrupulous sales tactic, that is nothing short of a con.

I have bought literally hundreds of Pizzas from Pizza Hut.

Never again. This is so deceptive and beyond disgusting, that my business with Pizza Hut is done.

They only get one star because that's as low as it goes.

Karan from the Rayners lane branch made sure our delivery in Harrow was perfect. It came before the expected time, tasted delicious, and was hot and cooked well.

Ordered through Just Eat.. Wigan.
Ordered at 17:40 it arrived 19:00 pizza looked like it was a day old and stone cold, onion rings were like rubber, garlic bread like cardboard, potato wedges were cold and only just cooked to make them edible. The ice cream had melted. This is not acceptable at any level for a brand so well known. Saying that the other reviews saying the same. I will not be ordering again. What happened Pizza Hut you used to be great now you’re a disgrace to the food industry. Shame on you thinking you can serve up such shit. This is how companies go out of business, poor management.

Took my money but never delivered my food. No email to reach out to them. I can’t afford to pay £25 for nothing

Just had our 2 pizzas and chips delivered from pizza hut metro centre retail park and both pizzas stone cold and my sons pizza was burnt to a crisp inedible not happy the price you pay I'd expect better from pizza hut

Delivery was very quick. Vraj got the pizzas to us in a timely fashion.

Hardly any cheese on my pizza. Was like cardboard. Never will I ever order from them again. Erdington Pizza Hut delivery is extremely disappointing at best and a downright rip off

Visited Pizza hut in Kings Lynn by the Hardwick shopping center. Went for the lunch buffet on 11 Sep 2026. Upon entering was told that only card payments were used, and when ready to order just come to the counter. I was at the counter and already knew what to order which was 2 orders of the lunch buffet. After paying for the buffet, I asked for 2 glasses to fill with water. When visiting the water machine, there was a sign on the machine saying no ice. My wife asked the male employee if there was any ice, and the comment was there is a sign on the machine stating no ice. Surely the facility could have obtained some ice as had to drink lukewarm water and since the restaurant was able to provide other alcoholic drinks that would require ice. Were seated at our seat, and when another group of 2 ladies entered, the female server told them to sit wherever they like and proceeded to help themselves to the buffet. They were not told to prepay before entertaining the buffet, in fact, since the female server knew the 2 ladies, she spent the next 30 minutes just chatting away with the 2 ladies. However they did not have to pay before enjoying the buffet. Not once did anyone, neither the male front desk employee, nor the female employee ask us if we needed anything, how was the food, clearing or table, etc...absolutely no customer service at all. However, the female employee was able to provide her entire attention and time to the 2 female guests, chatting away. Not once did the 2 staff members ask any other customers if they needed anything or how things were!! The pizza buffet was half empty at first and what was available was cold. Terrible customer service and a complete disrespect for customers! Will not visit again and will not recommend this Pizza hut in Kings Lynn to any customers!!

Tragedy! Pizza was nearly cold, with small amount of ingredients like someone was trying to produce two pizzas. But the worst thing was that someone put plenty of cheap vegetable oil on top of this so taste was terrible, and was looking pretty bad. Never again! Money and time wasted. Ahh, app was working rather will call that not working, unable to log-in into my account, no receipt.

Went to pizzahut in arndale Manchester, always go and sit where we always sit. They refused us to sit where we always sat because they said it's busy ,sorry but the place only had a couple of people sitting down ,it was empty .i hope the place closes down now two wats .

I just had a lovely time at Pizza Hut, Castle Marina today with my 2 grandchildren.
The service was excellent. Our server was Iso helpful. Got the price right down for us utilising offers, etc. Kept checking on us all the time.
Salad was good(as usual, but no tomatoes?)Pizza’s constantly refilled & 2 thin crust options which are my favourites & not seen them at PH buffets before.

Today I made an order which mostly ok. They just didnt supply dip I ordered and I couldnt reach them by phone
However I stopped ordering in past as they didnt supply anything. I called them and they didnt have anyone to make delivery. So they were going to refund and I ordered from elsewhere. However they called me back late evening (I'd made a lunchtime order) and said they could now deliver? So I never received a refund as store could deliver order - 8 hours later.
I had made alternative order on the fact they would pay undelivered order back. I dont have that much money that I could pay for 2 deliveries but I had to. I have been angry ever since, but, I like their pizzas so thought maybe miscommunication. Very disappointed today
I cant do another order as they might not send again and I cant afford to keep paying for nothing

Absolute shocking!! We ordered 4 pizzas in Salisbury two days ago and 3 of us went down with diarrhea. One of us had it topped up with vomiting at the same time!! Be warned, you can have unexpected side effects form their pizzas!

I am a part-time delivery driver at Pizza Hut Cheshunt and I am writing about my own direct experience.
The most serious issue I experienced was pressure from store management to obtain Google reviews from friends and family. I have written WhatsApp evidence where my manager personally messaged me:
“Vikas please ask your friend and family member to put google reviews”
He then sent me the Google review link and wrote:
“I need one google review from you today.”
What makes this even more concerning is that I was on paid annual leave that day. I was not working, making deliveries or serving any customers, yet I was still being instructed to obtain a Google review from friends and family.
During a later shift on 8 August, I was again challenged about not bringing enough feedback and Google reviews. I made it very clear that I am happy to ask genuine customers for honest feedback, but I will not force friends or family who have never ordered from or eaten at Pizza Hut Cheshunt to leave fake reviews.
During that confrontation, my clear recollection is that I was told that other employees were getting reviews from friends and family, that I should force my friends to provide reviews and even take their phones to get the reviews posted. I was told that I was “not eligible for this job” and that my future shifts depended on bringing reviews.
When I refused and said I would raise the matter with higher management, I was shouted at, told that I was fired, instructed to clock out and ordered to leave the store.
I later asked in writing whether I had actually been dismissed. Instead of receiving a proper dismissal notice, I was put back on the next rota.
My hours were then suddenly reduced to only 6 hours for the week, split into two 3-hour shifts. Before this incident I had consistently been receiving approximately 13 to 14 hours per week and sometimes around 17 hours.
Management knows that I travel a considerable distance and use my own car. With two separate 3-hour shifts, a significant proportion of what I earn goes straight back into travel and fuel.
Management has since claimed that the reduced hours are because of business needs and performance. However, the timing is extremely concerning because I had already been told during the dispute that I would lose shifts if I did not bring Google reviews.
What is also concerning is that management has now denied ever asking me to obtain reviews from friends and family, despite me retaining the earlier WhatsApp message clearly telling me to do exactly that.
Delivery drivers are already pressured over drive times, “delivered at place”, feedback, Google reviews and other app statistics, even though many of these metrics are affected by traffic, parking, customer addresses, map errors, preparation delays and circumstances outside a driver's control.
On top of deliveries using my own vehicle, I have also been expected to clean, wash and carry out general work inside the store while receiving basic pay.
Nobody should be made to feel worthless or told they are “not eligible” for their job because they refuse to obtain fake reviews from friends and family.
I have formally raised the matter with higher management and retained the relevant WhatsApp messages, rota records and other evidence.
Pizza Hut and its franchise management need to investigate the Google review practices and management culture at the Cheshunt store urgently. Employees should be able to refuse involvement in fake reviews without fearing threats, humiliation or losing their working hours.

The staff’s customer service is superbly good. Keep up the good work

Wow! So we order a takeaway 2 pizza, 2 chips
And a slice of cheese cake and cookie and a bottle of pop.
Well the pizzas was so thin and dry the toppings was not much on or sauce and cold
The chips was cold and when we called them they passed the blame on to Justeat. Also the cheese cake and cookie was so small not worth the money. Pizza hut I won't be back which is a shame.

Worse pizza or money spent think a scam going on as tasted same as a retail shop bought pizza never again
