It could have been great.
This is the kind of answer you get when you want to put a trailing stop order: "A Market order in this product can currently only be used up to an order size of 41. For larger orders, we only allow orders with specified limit price."
There are so many limitations that you are not aware of before hitting into them, that it becomes increasingly frustrating.

In order to fulfil this duty of care, our risk management department determines a bandwidth for all products that you can trade on our platform, within which orders may be sent to the stock exchange. The reason for this is, among other things to prevent or limit the reversal of incorrect transactions afterwards.
Requests to extend and/or loosen all limits cannot be processed by us, unless this is justified on the basis of the last traded price according to our risk management department. We monitor this on an ongoing basis. Finally, we can inform you that we are doing everything we can to limit the delays and inconveniences that clients experience in updating bandwidths. If you think that something is not right in an order you want to enter, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. Our colleagues at the Service Desk are the only ones who can look into your personal account if necessary: customers@degiro.ch

Ich nutze DeGiro sehr gerne. Die Plattform ist einfach aufgebaut und die Leistungen sind sehr kostengünstig. You get what you pay for
DEGIRO is excellent regarding costs. There are obviously some disincentives transferring positions to other brokers and reaction times that are not as short but: you know what you came for and this is what you get.

I'am Happy but still too improve.
Brilliant! Excellent for basic investing, low fees, easy to use. Overall, Best Platform I tried.
Less Brilliant is the GUI if you want to try to buy CDF, Bonds & Certificate due to of lack of Information. The improvement I would suggest are.
1. Better Customer Support. It takes month???
2. More Notice capability (Remove limitation)
3. Larger Products suite whit more Info & Details (Links) also with Bonds and titles outside of Germany (US / CH)
4. Currency looses due to mistake of DEGIRO should not be charged at customer.
5. Would be nice if I could keep funds and Reference account in the main currency at degiro without negative interests up to a reasonable limit.
6. Luxurious improvement would be free ETF and a tax statement for Switzerland.
