Registrierung und Kundenservice erklären die geringen Kosten bei Degiro
Seit 10 Tagen versuche ich ein Depot zu eröffnen. Habe dies mit der App gemacht, Personalausweis und Foto. Dies hat 5 Tage gedauert bis man mich identifiziert hat. E-mail Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Habe 2 Mal per Telefon mit dem Kundendienst gesprochen und es ist wenig passiert. Nachdem ich identifiziert wurde,habe ich eine Sofortüberweisung gemacht, damit ich den Prozess endlich beenden kann. Der erste Versuch schlug fehl auf Seiten von Degiro. Ich habe meine Bank autorisiert und wollte zurück zu degiro und war dann in einer endlos Schleife. Halbe Stunde später fehlgeschlagen. Dann habe ich es nochmal versucht und es hat geklappt, aber Degiro konnte meinen Nachnamen dem Konto nicht zu ordnen, weil dem Konto meine Frau und och hinterlegt sind (selber Nachname). Ernsthaft? Das ist das erste Mal das eine Sofortüberweisung nicht klappt. Dann habe ich wieder eine Mail geschrieben und es passiert wieder nichts. Ich warte jetzt schon den 3. Tag, dass ein Mensch erkennt, dass ich einer der Kontoinhaber bin. Ich frage mich, wenn nicht mal das einfachste funktioniert, ob der Broker, dann der richtige ist?
Update: Meine Instant Überweisung ist nach einer 1 wöchigen Prüfung fehlgeschlagen. Ich habe daraufhin ein Kündigungsschreiben per Mail verfasst.

Facile à prendre en main et à faire c’est propre recherche. Beaucoup d’informations sont disponibles directement sont devoir piocher ailleurs. L’indice de performance est très pratique pour rapidement voir l’état de son portefeuille.

Brilliant
Brilliant! Excellent for investing, low fees, easy to use. Possibility to export the portfolio in xls for any given date in the past is really fantastic. The only improvement I would suggest is better FX offering - cheaper, easier, and more currecies. But there are other brokers who specialise in FX and Degiro is unbeatable at what they do.

For Swiss based investors
For Swiss based investors, this is a terrific service.
The initial irritations, such as money transfers and other delays now seem to be resolved.
There are only 2 aspects which I would like to see improved: 1) 'investment tools' and 2) the incredible and not understandable time (as measured in many months... and still not completed...) it takes to get positions transferred from the German Flatex platform.
Apart from that, I'm a very happy customer...
