Thanks for your feedback. It is possible to request a product to be added to our platform. Just share the name, ISIN code, currency in which it is traded an on what exchange with our Service Desk. Our internal departments will then review if we can add it.

Horrible service for portfolio transfer and not international
Horrible service to transfer your portfolio to another broker. Responses and actions to emails takes weeks, so slow that other brokers already close the requests. Transfering money out of your.account takes more than a week and can only be done in the base currency, not flexible in an international environment.

Normally, the time it takes to complete a transfer depends on many things, such as the direction of the transfer, the complexity of the portfolio and delivery routes, the availability of the products on both trading platforms as well as the time the parties involved need to process the transfer completely.
This means, that a portfolio transfer could be completed in a matter of days, but we have also seen it taking more than a month. We strive to complete your portfolio transfer in three weeks, but we cannot guarantee this. Für Investments
Für Investments, sehr einfach zu handhaben, einmal brauchte ich den Kundenservice, weil mit der 2F-Authentifizierung etwas nicht stimmte, und mir wurde freundlich geholfen. Das Problem ist seither nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Ich investiere dort schon seit mehr als vier Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Die Gebühren sind moderat.
