All done on line, a super easy self explanatory form, (but I’m dyslexic) had a little help. But managed it fine 3 days later 1 original and 5 certified copies, arrived all I needed to do was find two witnesses which wasn’t a problem to sign to say that yes but this was me. They watched me do my signature my new signature and now I am good to go back into my maiden name, thank you so much.
