Our records show that you applied for the Deed Poll with us on 14 November 2025, and it was delivered to your chosen delivery address the next day, on 15 November 2025. We could not find any further contact from you by email, chat or phone regarding errors, amendments or delivery issues.
If you search your inbox with our email address, support@deedpolldepartment.co.uk, you will see that the 40 messages you referred to were not with us, but with the first provider you contacted.
