Placed an order that was to be shipped…
Placed an order that was to be shipped out in 3 business days and no shipping and no answer from customer service except “we are working on it.” This communication has been almost a full week now. I place the order on 7/9 and paid for it and today is 7/31/26. I have even asked can you just keep my money and resend.
The bench I received from them recently the arm was cracked and all the hardware was loose inside the box. Very disappointed.
