From start to finish its been a really good experience, that I wish more companies operated like this.

Outstanding service
Doors were delivered within a couple of days and at a keen price.
They were well packaged with edges protected with cardboard sleeves and the faces visible under polythene wrap for initial inspection. Communication was outstanding with a call the day before and a 2-hr slot confirmed, and they arrived within the slot. The driver was efficient, helpful and friendly, he brought the doors indoors and allowed a few minutes to check them.

Exceptional doors, service and delivery
Ordered 4 fire doors last year and loved them so much I ordered 2 standard doors for downstairs.
The customer service and delivery experience is first class and the quality of the doors is exceptional.

Unprofessional, willing to cause a fire hazard
The delivery driver managed to get the doors from the van through the front door into the hallway but then said he didn’t think he could get it through the kitchen door against a wall by the door, said he would need to leave them in the hallway where it would be blocking it and causing a fire hazard so ended up having to show him how to do it myself, (5 weeks pregnant and suffer with sciatica) before he helped me put them in the kitchen out of the way. Surprised it was one person but the excuse he gave considering how far he got it was ridiculous and was willing to cause a fire hazard in my home where I also have a 14 month old baby to.

We understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must have been, particularly given your circumstances, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or stress caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
For clarity, our delivery terms state that we will deliver the products into the ground floor at the delivery address, no more than 10 metres from the front door. As deliveries are carried out by a single driver, we do require at least one able person to be available at the property to assist the driver in moving the product safely and without risk of damage.
That said, we are disappointed to hear how the situation was handled. Your safety and household considerations should always be treated with care and respect. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Second lot of doors ordered and delivered. Great delivery service and a very helpful driver. doors all in good condition no issues. They are really lovely doors, will use again… hopefully not though as these doors look like they will last forever.

Delivery slot on one and only Text…
Delivery slot on one and only Text message said 7.00 - 9.00 am.
Phoned 8.10 just to check and got delivery within hour.
Phoned again 9.15 or so, put through to the Tracking team who said within 30 minutes.
Getting little cross by now!, as had to wit from going to job for this delivery. Driver phones at 10.00, be with you definitely at 11.00.
11.20 Driver and my delivery turned up.
In fairness to driver he was very courteous and actually carried door into my store shed. Didn't appologise for being late, but carn't expect to much i suppose.
will not be using Door Superstore again if this is there service.

Delivery as communicated. Good job
Doors delivered during the two hour slot as informed the day before.
Door brought into hallway. Safe and dry. Helpful and friendly driver.
Door looks well packaged with mdf strips along all sides. Corners hopefully well protected. Three or four small rips in plastic - dont' know if door surface is affected. Maybe thin cardboard on surfaces before plastic wrap would be good with label with picture to identify as very expensive item.
Driver says Deanta does all its own deliveries which is good to hear. Responsible throughout.
Not unpacked yet so can't comment on quality of door.

Despite a delay in door delivery (out of everyone’s control!), our delivery driver Clive kept in touch throughout. Great communication and he provided a very sunny, friendly and helpful service when the doors did arrive.

Not sure what’s going on with Deanta.
Ordered doors from supplier and got call from Deanta to confirm delivery would be on Monday 18th May. Got follow up message to confirm Monday. On Monday got message at 09:27 to confirm out for delivery. A minute later got message to confirm delivery failed. Contacted supplier who chased up immediately- Deanta attempted delivery to a completely different postcode.
Arranged 2nd delivery for today, 21st May. Booked day off work for this. Got message to at 17:06 on Wednesday to confirm delivery today. Waited all day - just got another message today at 16:54 stating delivery would be tomorrow, 22nd May. No explanation, no call to advise why delivery not made today.
This is not difficult stuff - you make a mistake, you fix it. You fail again, the least you can do is contact your customer and explain what’s going on and confirm you will definitely deliver.
22nd May - supplier called at 8am to apologise. Deanta missed pallet off delivery yesterday. 09:30 delivery made at last. Doors appear to be excellent quality. Just need them to rest for a week before hanging.
