Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Personal and real follow-up. As a 1st time customer, 3 free EU shipments go/back were provided free to help determine the correct sizing of the shoes.
Yet, I gave only 4 stars and not 5, because the size tables could frankly be improved to easy size selection (the available size charts do not correspond with real sizes). Then, there is no sizing available for the wide of the forefoot, which is important for many people with wide feet. And this sizing is not made available to the customers's service, which complicates the choice process. But, I am sure this will be improved in the next future. Otherwise, super top service, provided by the customer support service! For the quality of the shoes, I still need to test themm out.

Toller Kundenservice in Spanien
Ich hatte MBT Sandalen bestellt, die sehr schick ausgesehen haben, jedoch waren Sie zu klein. Die Retoure ging nach Spanien zurück und ich habe die falsche Adresse auf den Retourenschein geschrieben. Der Kundendienst von MBT in Spanien war super, dass ich auf diesem Wege nochmal Danke sagen möchte!!!!!
