Loan staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Iv never had a bad experience with them and have been a member for quite some time now. I was on and off the phone with them a few times today and the last woman I spoke to was tremendous. 10/10 credit union

Ms Maryame was of great help, she guided me all through and better still, she made me aware of other benefits I qualified for as a DCU member. Julie was very helpful with a connectivity issue and even went above and looked up information from a third party site for a fix between my DCU account and Quickbooks.

The supervisor was extremely helpful with navigating the purpose for my call. He was very clear and made sure all requested documentation was in my inbox prior to ending the call. He was professional and knowledgeable when addressing all matters.

Well not remembering the name of the agent that helped me, I would say that she was an employee that should be rewarded and considered a key resource. I called to close my accounts, only based on bank consolidation post retirement. She carries the torch for DCU to try to get me to stay in as a customer and I cannily say that while my mind was made up, if she worked for my company, I would reward her and consider her a very valuable asset based on her energy and determination. She genuinely cared about me leaving and if there had been any wiggle room, I would have caved. So cheers to her and to DCU for whoever hired her.
