Excellent communication and fast despatch. A shame to hear that the physical store had to shut, we all need to support independent games stores as much as we can. I'll definitely shop with Dark Hammer... Näytä lisää

I shopped with this company for the first time this week and it absolutely will not be the last time. The speed of shipping absolutely exceeded my expectations and I think this is going to be my go-to for GW products going forward.

Darkhammer have exceeded expectations again

The guys at Darkhammer have exceeded expectations once again. I remember when they opened their shop in between two lockdowns in the UK and quality of service was good then and has only got better. Only known them to use DPD which is the best delivery provider in my area (my postie is a very, very close second), dispatches same day (within reason, don't order at 11pm GMT and expect it to go out) and even if it's a Monday (predicted) delivery it arrives Saturday. Goods ordered always very well protected, I have no concerns about ordering a mix of items (ie paints and books) from this place.

Very good start

This is the first order I have placed with this company and it will not be the last .The order was placed on a Tuesday evening and arrived on Thursday morning .Well packed and exactly as ordered .
I do not think you could ask for more .The icing on the cake was that the postage was free and a good discount given .
Give them a try

Super fast delivery

Super fast delivery, great price, tracking from DPD even included an hour window when to expect my package (and it arrived on time too).

Will 100% use again and recommend.

Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly, great service. Placed an order in the evening, I made a mistake on my order, sent a message asking if it could be fixed and was sorted by 9am the next day. Would recommend and buy from again
