Pretty hopeless

Put the order in and requested a specific delivery date due to access issues and dates someone was available to oversee. Order quoted the requested date but no text came through on the day prior. I called the morning of the planned delivery only to be told the order would be the following week when I was away and access would be difficult. I managed to get my heating engineer to meet the delivery on the new date and requested a call early morning to give him a time window. Driver called 15 minutes from arrival after me calling the yard to chase!!!! Luckily my heating engineer picked up and was able to get to the house in time. All in all, not a great experience. Poor communication. Unlikely to use again.

We acknowledge that the delivery process didn't go as smoothly as you had hoped. Your request for a specific delivery time was noted, though it's important to mention that our system doesn’t offer guaranteed time slots. This was communicated during your call, and while we understand this may not have been ideal for you, we worked hard to accommodate your needs after you requested to reinstate the order.

Although communication could have been clearer, we managed to ensure your delivery was completed with the help of your heating engineer. We take your feedback on board and will continue to improve where possible.

Great professionalism

I had an oil delivery today and Pete the driver was brilliant. He dealt with an unexpected situation with great professionalism and in a friendly and helpful manner. Thank you to the staff at the Yeovil branch too, who were easy to contact.
