Bought a ex demo avata 2 from these guys .arrived quickly and in great condition, had to organise care refresh but was easy and communication was great from D1 store staff . Happy flying 🙂

Great service centre

They were easy to deal with and made dropping off my damaged Mini simple and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services

We had a damaged drone that we sent…

We had a damaged drone that we sent back and due to the cost of repair being too high they offered us an excellent price on swapping for a brand-new drone. Excellent service through the whole process and very fast turn around.

SERVICE-VIP-AS (FREE GIFT) D1 VIP Device Activation & Setup

Which made exchanging the item less than ideal as the box was opened. This was not a good thing to do.

Feedback and communication

I didn’t want to send my drone out of state for repairs but was unable to find someone locally to help. D1 website was very easy to follow with a simple step by step process for submitting repair request. Quick and easy feedback from when it arrived to when I had it returned in perfect working order. I was super relieved when I had it back up and flying again.

D1 Store makes every purchase easy from online store to my door. I've ordered many items for my drones from D1 Store and every purchase is a pleasure with shipping that I know will be at my door in a timely manner.
