Product arrived and didn’t work. Had to call 6 different people and after being disconnected 3 times finally got told after having to travel to try a different internet connection to send it back because it’s broken

I was quoted the DJI Care Refresh as Replace: $149 and Flyaway : $559 with this I purchased the 2 year package. Upon receiving my agreement and in that agreement the replacement was $149 and the Flyaway was $669 a miss quote of $110. I am very disappointed with the information you gave me was incorrect and l have a package l probably would not have purchased. I highlighted this to you people and your response was My apologies for the confusion. The Flyaway fee in the table you are referring to is inaccurate. The actual fee for Flyaway events is indeed $669. We will fix this error immediately.
