Stay away from this
Stay away from this. I opened an account, upgraded to paid and only did one testlink to our own website (simply Web Hosting) - in the Middle of the night the account was cancelled for fraud URL and a promise to return the money which never happened.

Prompt Support Service
Prompt response to our queries regarding an issue with the API call. We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call.
Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc.
The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and solve issues faster.
