Nice tool for creating quizes but the WORST customer support I ever had to deal with.

After paying 5 invoices during the course of a year, I thought I canceled the subscription and, once the payment didn't go through, I got contacted and asked to pay for the upcoming month.

I right away asked to cancel my subscription and told them that I didn't want to use the service for the month to come.

Florian from the customer service decided to die on the hill of "these are our terms of contract, you have to pay, it's the standard", and later proposed to leave me some credit for the future.

I'm not leaving 120€ there "just in case". Not being able to cancel an invoice sent 24 hours earlier for a service I'm not willing to use is absurd, even more when I have a history of multiple payments.

Instead of trying to solve the problem, they just let me know that I can let my account rot and become unusable in a few weeks. That's peak customer retention.

Whenever I had such problems, I always managed to cancel my subscription and get a full refund or equal to the portion of the month I didn't use.

Shamelessly predatory.

I'll find a new platform for my and my clients' needs.

I was stuck with an integration for my form. Big up to Flo and Julia for the amazing support!

The platform has solid lead scoring and qualification tools that make it simple to sort my leads. These features are easy to use and help me figure out which prospects are worth focusing on, saving me time and effort.

The tool is fantastic I think. Very functional, practical and the price is good considering all the above. The Pro plan is enough for our needs, we only have 2 members in our team.

Some extra tutorials wouldn't do any harm I guess. There are videos but a couple more is needed to fully master this tool.

It doesn't integrate with JivoChat, at least not natively. All other functionalities seem to be on point but this will be still a 3-star review as I expected more.

We got to upload our own custom font, and this is something that I have never seen before! A highly skilled team of people here, very happy to be onboard!

Very sophisticated integrated analytics dashboard, they have gone out their way to make it as practical as possible and that was nice to see.

I have been using it for a month or so and there has been several updates already, the tool is getting better over time. It is great already but I am still excited of what the future holds!

The AI formula builder is a next-level innovation in my humble opinion. If you hate maths you'll know what I'm talking about.

I'll give them a solid 5-stars, as the service has been really good!

I have created several funnels already... no website is needed at all. The lead scoring is also something that has improved my workflow, and the tools is absolutely fantastic!

This no-code builder makes things so much easier. I can create a lot of stuff that I wasn't capable before. Would be nice if they'd add a bit more video tutorials, but other than that... a fantastic experience!

Thanks to the OTP email verification, my lead quality has improved fivefold. I didn't even think this was possible but here we are.

The built-in A/B testing tool is great. I can see what works and improve what doesn't. For this price definitely a steal. Thanks!

I have been developing a quiz for a client project. We had quite specific requirements which the tool was mostly able to accommodate. Sara and Mia from the support team have been brilliant throughout the entire process, super quick responses and always happy to jump on a quick call. They were also able to offer workarounds or other solutions when the tool couldn't quite facilitate exactly what we needed. Clients are happy so we're happy! Thanks again :)

The team is very active, both in developing and helping. I have reached out a couple of times and got great tips how to improve my tasks.

It's great that the follow-ups are automated based on results. This won't leave any wiggle room for errors. I really enjoy this tool!

The templates are actually good.. it's just that I still had to to a bunch of customizations from my end to make them fully fit for my needs. 3 stars for now but I will keep using.
