Ordered curtains and tie backs
Ordered curtains and tie backs, email said they were on the way, following day e mail said order had been cancelled with refund and no explanation! Money not showing in bank yet. On website you can type message in help, but then goes to app and I do not have that type of phone. Could not find an e mail address to contact them. Will never use this company again.

We have WhatsApp to contact us via the website but also email and telephone address info. We emailed customer straight away to apologise the curtains where now discontinued. We refunded immediately.
Incompetent, unprofessional and amateurish customer service. Avoid.
I ordered fabric from this company and received no email confirmation, no fabric and no update explaining what had happened. I phoned them and was given a long story about how there were supply issues with the company in question. They said they would investigate and update me. Over a week goes by and still nothing. I call again, was told they sent me three emails which I never received and the person on the phone proceeds to go through every one of her emails, narrating the process and generally wasting my time. I told her that, rather than keeping me on the phone as she goes through the ins and outs of her supply issues, could she please message me with an update, otherwise I will need to cancel the order. She then snaps at me that she will simply cancel my order now then, and promptly hung up! Charming behaviour. The company is unreliable, unprofessional and clearly don’t have a clue how to deal with their customers in an appropriate manner. Avoid.

Poor customer service
I made an order in good faith based on them stating that they had the product in stock. The next day I received an email saying that it was no longer in stock. I then followed up by phone to chase my refund. The representative continued to speak over me and put the phone down on me. My advice to others is to go to a more professional company

Received product as advertised. Order noted Royal Mail 48 but delivery was ~5wd which was no problem as it was free.
