Customer rang advising the website was not working and he was wanting more gliders for his curtain track. On checking the website when the customer on the phone, website was working perfectly. We offered to place for order over the phone for the customer, to make easy for him and so that he did not have to worry about doing anything himself. Customer changed his mind midway through transaction on qty required, so we had to start the transaction again. Customers order was placed very easily over the phone and was delivered to him less the 24hrs after the order was placed. We are sorry that you feel the help offered was not good enough.

Old style great service!
The company knew I needed extra gliders for curtain track I'd bought after I called t5o say I needed them urgently - and they went out of their way to get them to me the very next day. Lovely lady on the phone at the other end, couldn't be more helpful. Old style great service!
