Curchods Ottershaw were really helpful, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish, with both our sale and purchase.

The whole team at West Byfleet Curchods were excellent. From valuation to sale, the team kept us informed, mediated superbly and answered every question quickly. They had great local knowledge and were proactive in getting viewings. We would highly recommend them as open, honest and trustworthy. You made an incredibly stressful process very smooth, thank you!

Simon and the team were brilliant - from setting the right valuation through to completion. Loads of sensible advice and support on the way. In the run up to the sale they were chasing everything in a calm professional manner, but nevertheless constantly looking to move things forward. What more can you ask for.

The team a Curchods, headed up by Johnathan, were absolutely brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and nothing was too much effort.
Going the extra mile, to keep the process moving and consummately professional, yet managing a brilliantly personal touch.
When the first sale fell through, the team re grouped and got us back on track immediately, with a new sale lined up soon after.
If you want to work with a team, that will get the job done, Curchods are the ones for you. I can’t praise them enough.

Outstanding support, service, agility and results from the entire team, especially from Penny who followed our sale closely and who was always available to help solve all the issues and who made it easy, and Warren who's guidance and council on the context and what to do and what not to do was invaluable. Thank you to all the team for a great job very well done on time !

Rupert and his team were all very professional, friendly and very proactive. Always at the end of the phone when needed. We would highly recommend them and Curchods. They were all very knowledgeable and worked particularly hard to ensure a smooth process in a difficult market, Barbara was always professional and a joy to deal with.

Fantastic service with a very supportive and lovely team. Would highly recommend Curchods Kingston to anyone hoping to sell their home.

Contact was/is always very quick, an email answered within hours and appointments for viewings of property were well executed and fun.

I just sold my house in Walton through Curchods. I had an amazing servive frim Ben and his team. They kept me updated all through the process. Very professional. I would highly recommend them in

Excellent experience with Millie & Adam at Curchods Godalming with my house sale and purchase.
I found them to be very kowledgeable, professional & communicative through each step of the process.
Special thanks to Millie for going the extra mile, even after my transaction had been completed. You'll be in very safe hands with the team at Godalming.

The appointment of Curchods was made following a review of three evaluations and bids necessary for an Executor sale. Curchods representative Laura was the most positive and engaging estate agent at the property viewing. After their appointment the team at Farnham went into overdrive to exact the sale and this was achieved with an acceptance of a buyer 28 days after appointment. In that time a first class brochure was produced and several viewings were made. They were also helpful during the exchange of contracts and completion liaising between me and the purchasers. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Curchods in Cobham provided amazing support in a very reassuring and friendly way as we went through the process of selling our house. We felt we were in safe hands at every stage and would recomend them without hesitation.

Many thanks to Mark and the team for their very efficient and friendly service in selling my late father’s property. I appreciated their advice and support during the process.

Spencer was an absolute delight to work with in getting our first home sorted. He was always on the case no matter what issues we faced and went above and beyond to help us out. Spencer also was very transparent with us and left no stone unturned when it came to getting any answers we required about the house we were buying.

Other Agents in the office including Phil and Alex were also on hand when we needed them.

Thank you from us

I wanted to rate this higher, but the experience didn’t meet the expectations set at the start. I chose Curchods because the initial introduction was very professional, and I felt confident in their service, they were all lovely people. However, when complications arose in our chain, they were not managed well, and communication broke down to the point where all buyers were communicating directly with each other in the end to warrant the agents redundant and we questioned having to pay such a sum to them. Still am.

At the beginning, I even found myself managing the photographers on the day, directing how the photos should look and which ones to use for the listing. Throughout the process, their expertise didn’t come through, and the approach began to feel lazy. I even sold in one day without a huge amount of effort required from them.

When I raised my concerns, I was passed to a senior team member who did keep me updated, which I appreciated. But on moving day, all I received was a call to say congratulations, with nothing further or since. Overall, the service didn’t enhance the experience and wasn’t managed as well as I had expected from a company with a good reputation and when you are paying a big fee. I just don't feel you get your money worth from an agent when you are having to do the job.

I recently let my one-bed flat through Curchods Lettings in Woking, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

Emma Goodman first reached out and was incredibly proactive in getting my property ready and on the market quickly. Her communication and efficiency made the initial process effortless.

After that, I dealt with Alex, the Lettings Manager, and working with him has genuinely been a dream. He kept me fully updated at every stage, was always on top of things, and his proactive approach meant he secured a tenant for me in under a week of marketing the property.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service from the Curchods Woking team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

Martin and his team worked hard to get our property sold. It wasn't easy but they kept working.
Communication was always good, able to call people and talk to them direct.
A big shout out to Laura who got through all the hoops to get our sale through.

I had an excellent experience with Curchods in East Horsley throughout my flat purchase. The whole team were incredibly efficient, communicative, and supportive from start to finish. They were always quick to get answers, acted as a brilliant liaison between all parties, and made the entire process feel much smoother than I expected.

A special thank you to Lucy, she was outstanding at every stage. On the day of my viewing it was very hot, and after realising we'd walked from Horsley station she kindly offered us a lift back to save us a long walk back in the heat. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her clients. Lucy's professionalism and kindness continued throughout the process.

I also want to mention Adam and Nina, who were always polite, charming, and genuinely helpful whenever I called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they kept everything moving promptly.

They are an excellent team and gave me a brilliant experience. I'm very grateful for all their help and look forward to seeing them again. I really highly recommend them.

I bought my first home from Curchods, Chloe was really amazing at answering any queries I had and made scheduling visits really smooth.
I think she did a great job at maintaining communication between myself and the seller by being prompt and honest.
Thank you to Chloe and the whole team for making my first purchase easy and hassle free!
