From the moment we contacted Curchods for a valuation they stood out as the best choice for us. Rupert arrived and had a really great knowledge of what the properties in our area were selling for and gave us a realistic valuation. I have recently sold my Mother's house through Curchods as that's the agent through which she bought it. I have had an excellent experience with them. Always very welcome to pop in when down at the house and needing advice. Good advice given about selling price. The process of the sale was constantly monitored by the Negotiator, and he was in touch with all the solicitors to check process in the chain. I was kept up to date at all times. Would certainly say that I had no cause for concern at any time. A team that definitely seemed to work in harmony with each other.

I am writing this review as a buyer of a property that Curchods were the Agents for the seller. My main contact with Curchods was Dawn Proudfoot and I cannot praise Dawn enough for her prompt and courteous attention to all my many enquiries about the property. In these types of transactions the path to Exchange and Completion can be bumpy and during these episodes Dawn was a calming influence and set about solving the issues in a confident and inspiring manner. In trying sum up if I was selling I would not hesitate to invite Curchods to act as my Agent.

Curchods Woking were fantastic for our move. Justin was brilliant for our initial consultation, but the two stars of the show were Millie and Chloe.

Millie managed the first sale of our flat which unfortunately (through no fault of hers) fell through. She was always across every detail and kept us updated throughout.
