Curchods Estate Agents Arvostelua

Curchods Woking were very efficient, actively pushing the process at every stage towards completion. This was the best experience I have had of selling a house.

Professional and knowledgeable service from Alex, Phil and team throughout our search and house purchase. We have our fabulous new home thanks to you.

Friendly and helpful service through the process of selling.

Curchods dealt with both my property purchase and the mortgage application, and letting them deal with both parts produced a very successful result.
There were a few hurdles along the way, and we were communicating from 200 miles away, however Caitlin and Sally were most helpful and professional, and we were very pleased with the way the whole process was dealt with.

Excellent service from Curchods Walton-On-Thames. From the first viewings all the way to completion, the team kept in regular contact and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Ben's proactive attitude, professionalism and knowledge ensured that things progressed quickly and made it the most stress-free move I have gone through.

Fantastic. Great communications. Would use again

Excellent and very friendly service. Curchods are a knowledgeable agent and took the time to answer all of our query’s

Curchod’s efficient marketing team brought me a buyer with an offer early on in the process. I was kept well informed during the period up to exchange and the final completion.

Good communication. Kept me informed throughout of the progress of my purchase of buying a flat. Always returned calls and answered questions whenever I had any queries.

Jasmine was helpful and informative. it was a smooth and seamless process. thoroughly happy with their assistance.

Presented accurate information re price expectations from the outset, and managed the complexities of the sale through tight deadlines. It was a stressful sale with the chain breaking down late in the process and tight deadlines to be met, but the sale was kept on track and completed. I'm grateful for their efforts in seeing and helping the sale through to completion. Thanks Charlie.

Buying a house is stressful enough and certain estate agents are unpleasant and pushy unless you go with Curchods. A great team to deal with. 100% professional and helpful all the times. They made the process easier. Always ready to assist me during the months of the dealing. Yes, i would raccoment this team 100%.

The team at Curchods stuck at it through a difficult period for house sales and kept us encouraged.
Once the offer was received they took full control of the intra party communications and kept us informed all the way through.
Many thanks to the whole team.

Great experience purchasing a house with Garry and the team at Cranleigh. They we excellent at keeping the process moving forwards and keeping us well informed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would high recommend!

One of the worst estate agents you can deal with.

a) first they talk nasty behind my back without putting the phone on hold.

b) then they showed me a house which they told me after the viewing it was under off and we couldn't offer on it anymore.

c) then they told me they will sort out a viewing on a property but there was a viewing before and if they don't show up we could have it. Sorry not second best.

Anyway, I would avoid going through this estate agent. Poor buyer skills.

Selling our flat from abroad would normally have been no mean task. Thanks to Chris Jakob and his team,Barbara in particular, any obstacle that came up was dealt with in a professional and caring way.

We can simply conclude by saying they are highly recommendable.

The property was marketed as refurbished, with works taking place before the tenancy began. Once the paperwork was signed, it became clear that repairs and improvements stopped because the property was not presented as promised when I moved in. Over 18 months, the boiler failed three times, with the same issue recurring and leaving us without hot water and heating for days. Fixes were consistently short‑term and cost‑driven.
Curchods followed the landlord’s direction throughout and did not act impartially until after I engaged a lawyer. The tenancy concluded the same way it was managed — with unreasonable and unsupported deposit deductions, causing further unnecessary stress.

The initial introduction was very professional and we really liked that the whole team came to see us and our home before it went on the market. Our home sold very quickly and the team were very helpful and kept us informed. Thank you !

Justin has a very considered and calm manner. He explained and managed the selling process very well and kept me regularly informed and updated on the sales journey. The team were quick and efficient in putting together the property details, marketing it and were respectful when organising viewings. I highly rate Curchods as an agent and would recommend them to anyone wishing to put their property on the market.

Very professional service. Robbie from Curchods Guildford in particular worked very hard on our behalf to secure a buyer and we exchanged and completed today. The whole team were quick to respond as circumstances changed and always kept us fully in the picture. We would wholeheartedly recommend Curchods.
