A couple of months back when I received life-altering health news, I had decided once it was over I would treat myself to a colour analysis. I had already self analyzed and placed myself in the Winter season family. However, without knowing my sub season I felt as though I was still missing the full experience.. that's where Curate Your Style came in.

I purchased the Bronze package, submitted my photos and waited 72 hours. The Curate Your Style team sent over a comprehensive guide to my sub-season. The guide included a clear breakdown of what led to their decision, and a few celebrity references. I have often noticed other analysis and colour descriptions for each season and sub-season are limited on neutrals. Curate Your Style's colour guide includes both neutrals and bold! I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Curate Your Style team. Highly recommend!

I approached this site because they seemed to know a lot about color analysis. They were extremely kind and willing to help when I had many concerns about the response. I was evaluated a cold season by someone else, but could not feel like winter was my right choice as it was too bright. I payed for their evaluation and they sent me back a report (very detailed and curated) about my colors, stating I was a deep autumn. I moved some perplexities as it was clear that I was a cold season (I suspected summer as I am ashy gray). They were very kind and did my evaluation again, coming to the same conclusion, stating that I was very similar to celebrities like lily james. I look horrible with warm clothes, gold, and everything that is not cold. My review is just about their method. They use the 12 seasons method which is outdated and doesn’t comprehend those who have different characteristics than the “canonic” ones. I did another consultancy with someone who uses a more vast method (16x4, 12+4, etc) and as I thought I am a deep soft summer, a very cool season, glowing in silver and ashy grey colors. Curated your style was kind enough to send me the report of summer because I didn’t agree with them, but to be completely fair I believe they should modernize their services as they are outdated and they don’t offer a proper response to every case.
If you do a consultancy online, I suggest finding another option as the picture you send might not be clear for the response.

For everything else they are kind and helpful and I loved that from them.
For their kindness and work ethic I give 3 stars.

First, Instagram really is their proof point: it’s perfectly put together, strongly designed, and creative: this is where you can tell there are real professionals behind the business. Then you get your analysis done, and what I love about Curate Your Style is that it is incremental and therefore more affordable. Unsure about colour analysis? Or about committing to the full package? No problem, they have bronze to gold level packages for each are (colour analysis, body shape, hair) and you can simply choose a base and upgrade as you go! You might learn with your first package that you’d like to focus on the hair package, and just do that! For me this shows reliability and a focus on adapting to customers: the team is here for your styling whenever you need it.
Also, they offer to give more explanations if you wish to visualise and understand how they style you (whether it’s the sub-season you were typed with or other). I also love the personalisation: the stylists picked celebrities that have similar features to me but belong to other sub-season, and explained why, and that was just fantastic. The level of attention / attention to detail is next level!
I wouldn’t consider going to a different stylist now that I’ve experienced Curate Your Style. They have presented impeccable, promised and delivered at every level. 150% satisfaction!!

My colour analysis with curate your style has been absolutely amazing! I had a couple of questions about my season and they not only answered them but they took the time to explain both verbally and visually, in detail why i was a light summer and provided some really useful tips and tricks. The colour palette they give you is very detailed and will give you the confidence to shop, knowing your best colours. Their instagram page and blog on their website is brilliant too and gives you great ideas for styling and colour options. I was really looking forward to having my color analysis done, and I’m super happy with the results. I bought the Gold Seasonal Color Analysis, and I don’t regret it at all; every euro I invested was worth it because it’s an investment for life.

At first, I was a bit nervous since I live in Spain and they are in the UK, and it's an online service, but their process on the website is super intuitive, very well explained with step-by-step videos to upload the images for the analysis. Great job, girls! I definitely recommend doing the analysis online.

They sent me a 95-page PDF! I loved how well-structured and explained all the information was.

I had doubts about whether I was a Deep Autumn or Deep Winter, and the results are exceptional 🎉 I have no doubt now that Deep Winter is my season, because I asked them via email to explain how they reached that conclusion, and it was super clear. With their response, I really felt like I was right there with them.

Tenía muchísimas ganas de hacerme la colorimetría y la verdad es que estoy súper contenta. Compré Gold Seasonal Color Analysis, y no me arrepiento de nada, cada euro que he invertido merece la pena, porque es una inversión para toda la vida.

Al principio tenía un poco de miedo, ya que yo vivo en España y ellas en Reino Unido, y es un servicio online, pero el proceso que tienen ellas en la página es súper intuitivo, muy bien explicado con vídeos paso a paso para que subas las imágenes para el análisis. Que buen trabajo, chicas! Sin duda, recomiendo hacer el análisis online.

Ellas me entregaron un PDF de 95 paginas! Me ha encantado lo bien estructurado y explicado que está toda la información.

Este PDF lo tengo en el móvil y en el escritorio de mi ordenador para tenerlo a mano cuando vaya a hacer alguna compra 🙈

Tenía dudas sobre si era otoño oscuro o invierno oscuro, y la verdad es que los resultados son excepcionales🎉 no tengo ninguna duda de que el invierno oscuro sea mi color, porque por correo les pedí si podían explicarme cómo habían llegado a esa conclusión y me quedó súper claro. Con su respuesta realmente me sentí como si estuviera allí con ellas.

It was a true game changer for me, having gone for so long believing my season was a completely different one than my result from Curate Your Style. I was convinced I was a Bright Spring and it turned out I'm a True Autumn! And it makes so much sense. I now know why I never fully embraced the spring palette and why, deep down, I was instinctively gravitating towards autumn colors in my clothing and makeup. It debunked my belief that autumns are olive skinned and dark haired and redheads are automatically springs.

The interaction with the team was also very personal and careful. They did their best to give me the most accurate result, getting back to me to ask me for extra pictures. It just proves they don't take this assignment superficially and I appreciated that.

Fully recommend. We (sadly, but realistically) live in a world led by appearances and first impressions, especially in business, so don't kill your chances by simply being dressed in the wrong clothes.

When I saw my palette I was a bit confused, but as soon as I reached out, they helped me and explained the reasons I was a True Autumn, and it all made sense.
