Fast and efficient

The fitters were on-time, they were polite, worked hard all day, minimised disturbance to me and very thoroughly cleaned up. They removed all the old window frames and glass. They were very professional and meticulous.
The new windows and front door all look amazing. I could not be happier with the windows and the installation.

We bought a new composite front door. The salesperson arrived when agreed, wasn't pushy and gave a clear explanation of the product and process. The price was good and competitive. The surveyor arrived when agreed, and he came back a few hours later as he'd thought of a slightly better solution and wanted to check measurements, he could have just left it as agreed but it was really good customer care to make the effort to get as good a fit as possible. The fitters arrived when agreed and made a quick, neat and tidy job, cleaning up after themselves so we didn't even have to do any hoovering. The door is high quality, looks great and really improves the light and look of our home. Overall an excellent experience and I'd go to this company again for any similar work.

On the 22nd June I paid a £999 deposit for some windows We agreed a price of £4000 and we booked a date in for a technical survey. The survey happened a couple of days later and then we didn’t hear anything. I rang them on the 14th July to chase it up and was told that my order had been in review up until that date and they had subsequently cancelled the job because the salesman had underpriced and they couldn’t do it for the price agreed as it wasn’t worth doing and I was getting a refund. I tried to clarify that I would not have to pay the survey fee and the man on the phone said he shouldn’t think so as they cancelled it not me but couldn’t confirm as it was the refund department to deal with who would be in touch. I did get an email confirming my bank details on the 14th July (also told I would not get the survey fee back) to which I replied with my bank details and ive just been chasing it since (it is now 15th September), they replied once saying they will chase it up but other than that they are ignoring my emails. I have spoken to "the manager" who says it is only the director of the business than issue refunds and he has escalated it as far as he can. I issued them the 14 day notice before claim and fully intend to take them to the small claims court. It has caused nothing but stress, please do yourselves a favour and AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

EDIT: I am not buying the generic reply below asking for more information as i was blatently told by the manager he has escalated it as far as he can and there is nothing more he can do, it is only the director that can issue the refund (I have emailed many times and have no reason to believe this new one wont be ignored like the others). I have resent my order number and telephone number as they have asked for in the email I received responding to this review. If they do resolve the issue I will delete this paragraph!
EDIT 2: I have rung this exact same number every day this week (it is the only number for the company that exists) and have several logs of me ringing this number over the past 3 months. I get fobbed off with "we will chase it up" and in the end after asking for the manager several times, he told me he had escalated it as far as he could so no, ringing the customer services does nothing. Dont be fooled by the nicey nicey replies pretending that they care on these reviews, they are just saying the right things to sound reasonable

Very nice man came and gave a good price for 2 replacement windows. The order was cancelled by them some weeks later as they said they could not fulfill it. Now despite numerous phone calls/emails the deposit still has not been refunded so i intend to issue a small claim against them. My advice - dont touch them with a barge pole!
The company have now contacted me to refund some of the deposit but say there is a non refundable fee of £99 for the survey. This is for a contract THAT THEY CANCELLED not me! So as far as i am concerned the contract is null and void the money should be refunded in full.
I repeat my advice use a company who can be trusted and does not hide all manner of things in their flim flam. There are plenty of other companies out there, do not fall for these

Shocking Customer Services

This is a new review and it’s about Customer Services not doing their job properly. This time it’s not about salespeople targeting pensioners, the vulnerable or women living on their own (as many 1* reviewers suggest) which this company seems to thrive on.

This time it’s not about withholding my £499 deposit (order cancelled within 24 hours) which I’m still waiting for, after 2 months.

This is about an evasive customer service team who, after calling, sending emails, needing answers being told by Leanne “it’s being dealt with” when clearly it isn’t! Worse still, the Head of Customer Services, David Clark, not even picking up the call. No refund and no communication. Abysmal.

There are many reputable, reliable and trustworthy window companies out there. My advice is to avoid this one!

23/09/26 Thank you for your response but I will not be calling Customer Services AGAIN as you suggest, just to be told this matter is with the “relevant department” once more! Just do something. Change the situation. It’s shameful.

Withholding my money is unlawful and is unacceptable (by law I should have received my money by 17th July). Having discussed with the Citizens Advice service who in turn have reported this company to trading standards, the next step is the small claims courts. This Pensioner is ever hopeful for a resolution.

03/10/26 It has been 3 months since I cancelled my order (within 24 hours) 3 months this company has unlawfully withheld my money, which says a lot about how this disorganised company is run. Any reputable company would normally refund within 3 days, not 3 months plus! The delay in processing my refund is extraordinary, I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night.

Fitting went really well, staff were polite and left everywhere clean and tidy

The whole experience was exceptional.
The salesperson Nadia was very helpful and helped us without being pushy to choose the doors . She was very pleasant and got us the best deal.
On the day the doors was fitted the fitter turned up a bit earlier than we expected . He fitted both doors and did an exceptional job . Tidied up afterwards and we are extremely pleased with new doors and would recommend your company .

Had all of my windows and doors replaced including existing front porch, and sliding door at rear replaced with french doors. Fitters completed all the work to very high standard in 2 days. They were fast and efficient and did an excellent job, including thorough cleaning up after work was completed. Very happy with the service provided.
