Being the third time I booked a cruise with the same company, I can say that the whole process of choosing the cruise, the room, as well as maintaining contact during the completion of the necessary forms was very easy. booked 5 cabins all together which were allocated . On checking in 4 weeks before 3 of the cabins changed and one on a lower level . Communication and reply were awful and left in the dark for long periods . Avoid Avoid Avoid
