Excellent experience!

Absolutely delighted with yet another booking experience provided by Lynne Burt who is friendly, professional and entirely knowledgeable. With such expertise the organisation of pre and post cruise arrangements was seamless too. Thank you Lynne it is much appreciated whilst I look forward to future cruising conversations to come!

Top of the range!!

Consistently a brilliant, reliable company to work with and Louisa is always very responsive, efficient and accommodating in arranging new bookings. Admin staff likewise couldn't be more helpful.

Excellent service

The customer service is great as they are very responsive and helpful to answer all of our questions. We also needed advice on where to stay after our cruise, and they provided with several great options to choose from.

Great service yet again

We have dealt with The Cruise Line for over 12 years and have found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.Paul Andrews recently reorganised a Regent Seven Seas booking for us as our circumstances have changed and the original cruise was no longer suitable. Paul worked very hard to move the booking.We have dealt with Paul for many years and find him very helpful,he will always do his best for us and greats us like friends although we have never met him.
