Købte 2 af deres “luminous crystal ball” (måne) før jul.
Pakken ankom først i starten af januar (fair nok, jeg var lidt sent ude med købet) men kvaliteten er elendig - produktet ligner på ingen måde det der reklameres for.
Nu har jeg så 2 krystalkugler med lidt “tåge” i, som ingen kan gætte hvad skal forestille.

The delivery company they used delivered our items whilst were on holiday, they left the parcel on the step of our front door for all to see, obviously was not there when we got home. All I keep getting told is the item has been 100% delivered, yes but I did not sign for it, I didn't say if not in leave it on my doorstep! there ware 3 bins no more than 5 feet away from the step that they could have put them in.

absolutely disgusting customer car, will not take any responsibility for their decision as a business to allow their courier to leave items unattended and not signed for, all they want to do is fob me off. £150 and I have nothing to show for it.

I ordered a small moon light. Arrived on Christmas Eve, only for it not to work. The returns process is AWFUL - having to provide video evidence that it doesn’t work - via WeTransfer because the video is too big to email.

Bedrog tot en met. Bestellen een zilveren kandelaar met 5 armen en komt aan in een klein chinees doosje in zeker 20 stukjes (dus zelf te assembleren maar niks van handleiding bij). Wordt op de site als een prachtige kandelaar uit een stuk voorgesteld. Ook het materiaal waaruit de stukjes bestaan zijn een soort van licht aluminium.

Scam website, no product was delivered, email responses are all clearly bots. I reported them as fraud to my bank but sadly they wait till the end of the window and recall the money again, clearly set up to do this regularly .

I bought a lamp but it arrived a couple of months after purchase. It told me that it would be here after about 14 days, but that definitely wasn't the case. Product was fine, but i would definitely prefer somewhere else.

I ordered two lights ChronoPixel™ Hourglass Light, InfinityCube™, apart from them arriving after Christmas Day, for the amount of money I paid (and these were reduced prices!) the quality of the product is very poor, the hourglass light is tiny, I doubt these products will even last to the end of January, don’t waste your money.

After one day the vaporiser train stopped working.
The fan stopped spinning.
I complained and initially was told they would replace it free of charge.
However they are now initiating a delay by asking me to check certain things, all of which were originally checked before the complaint.
I havent heard anything for 2 days.
Very disappointed in the product and customer service. Would not recommend.

No iluminan nada. Muy poca potencia y duración. No las compres, no merece la pena.

I had a very enthusiastic sales person when I was making inquiries about the under unit lights I wanted for my kitchen.
I soon discovered that the lights just don't hold their charge and run out very quickly.
I reported this and was told that I wasn't charging them properly, although I charged them overnight.
I can't keep them on proximity lighting either, so I have to keep manually turning them on and off all the time.
Written to them again, complaining about the product and asking for replacements, or my money back.
Absolutely no response, i wouldn't bother with their products.

It's either dropshipping from China, or it's just Chinese in the first place. Avoid!

This company is a fraud. I have had 1 month of endless email correspondences and they are a Chinese company pretending to be a Swedish. The company offers low end quality products to low prices and does not follow the EU consumer law.
I suggest everyone reporting them and shutting them down.

Product never delivered. The only way to get a refund is to return the product, which I can’t do since I never received it.
Called my bank and reversed the charge.
Customer service is bot only, no human.

Bad, fake team with fake photo and non human response.
Dont want to cancel a order (#CL-190404) 10 min after i ordered (they say it already has been shipped lol).
Oh and they steal concept and collection from other official Shop , but Creative Lightnig is even more expansive ;'D

They won't tell you your lights will be on a slow boat from China. Mine took over a month and were far inferior to two I bought on Amazon for half the price. They don't stay charged for long.

Zero stars! You lied to me. I asked about garden lights, if they are heavy. I told I can not have Light lughts, because of very string wind by see. Now I got lughts snd they are Light! I can't sent them back, of can onky painoin myself shipping. You are lier! So dissapoint about that store. Please, dont order! 🤬

Doe-het-niet! Winkel lijkt Zweeds. Lekker betrouwbaar. Maar de website is een vaag tussenpersoon voor Chinese rommel. Er is geen retour policy. Je moet mailen als je wilt retourneren, maar dan gaan ze heel moeilijk doen. Als je uiteindelijk een retouradres krijgt, is dat, jawel, in China. Zie dat maar eens terug te sturen en ook nog je geld terug te krijgen. Ze bieden zelfs aan een deel van het aankoopbedrag terug te storten en dan mag je het product houden. Hoezo, veel te veel betaald. Trap er niet in!

J'attends toujours la notification de l'expédition malgré leur promesse d'envoi sous 24-48 heures le 1ier octobre.
