Originally told delivery would be 3-4 days needed the items for a job didn’t arrive until 3 days after delivery date. items don’t look particularly good quality compared to other items i have bought cheaper and other items were free postage . Disappointed

4 stars instead of 5, because on my order, one of the cables I ordered was short by 6 metres, which caused delay to my project. The missing star is because I couldn't phone regarding my order, nor do an online chat, so all I could do was send an email and hope for the best.
It's 4 stars instead of 1, because the reply to my email was personable, and they rectified the issue straight away, immediately shipping my missing cable, and overall, I am very happy with how they handled my issue, and I love their products.

Great choice of products and excellent service
A wide variety of cable styles and colour enabled me to select one that matched the 1960s Lunar lamp I found in a charity shop. The service was great and they kept me informed through out the whole process . Great service.
