The staff at their Prîmrose Hill branch were amazing - took the trouble to query the toilet seat I had ordered and they were right - I had not only ordered the wrong toilet seat but I only needed to replace a broken part! Kudos to Nishant Shah and also to Michele Swann of their Aftersales team who made sure I got the part needed. Their service is truly amazing and never took long to get hold of engine. Super responsive.

Bastien and Connor made a delivery to site this morning, they done an excellent job and put the stuff exactly where we wanted it.

After spending £19,500 with CP Hart and being told that we would get great after sales service from CP Hart, we have had the complete opposite. When you go to a supposedly premium establishment and pay premium prices one expects a premium service.

We were generally happy with our sales person, but he left not long after the sale. Now, we are left with the terrible customer service and after sales team.

We have had on-going problems with a Geberit wall-mounted flush plate and cistern from the beginning. This has had problems flushing and is now dripping. It has been a constant battle with CP Hart to get them to come out (sometimes weeks of contacting them) and look at it and every time the fix has been temporary, with it going wrong again soon after. Now, CP Hart are refusing to come out. This is supposed to be a quality product too, but is clearly faulty and they have never offered to have it replaced.

Among a large number of Axor Hansgrohe products we ordered, we have had 2 Axor One Organic taps which have become very stiff and almost unusable, the issues have developed over time and certainly started well within the warranty period. When I made CP Hart aware of the issues they fobbed me off to Hansgrohe who also have terrible customer service, which I will describe in detail in a specific review for them. But in synopsis, for one tap I needed to buy a £150 new cartridge, which Hansgrohe sent the wrong size and cost me a plumber trip, no real apology, then sent out the right size and did not want the wrong sized one back when I offered to return it. Clearly, these cartridges don't cost anywhere near what they are selling them for. The second tap I cannot remove the cartridge nor can two different plumbers, so this clearly faulty item cannot be fixed by me with no help from CPHart or Hansgrohe.

In addition, other poor quality products which CP Hart refuse to fix is a Axor riser where the handheld shower holder failed to hold the shower within a few a weeks and started to slide down. Again a supposedly premium product which isn't premium from a retailer with terrible customer service and after sales. One feels conned by these companies and I am keen to let others know about it.

The sales team were actually more respectable and recently told my wife that they would get these issues resolved. But once it went to Customer Services they said they don't have the resources to fix these things as a retailer. They have sent their plumber out before, so they do have personnel. But if they mean money then they certainly have more resources than us to fix faulty products they have sold and have more influence over the manufacturers.

We recently, had out loft converted and put in two bathrooms, but due to our experience of the after sales, the products (Axor Hansgrohe, Geberit) and conversations with a terrible bathroom designer we have gone elsewhere - Lusso Stone (much better warranties, let's see).

Delivery drivers (Grant and Bastien) were great. Efficient and very helpful. made sure all goods were delivered and placed inside the house. 5 stars.

Products and recommendations from C P Hart was of a very high standard. Would highly recommend.
