Horrible service and a scam,have ordered a bag from them and the size was not what we expected.We sent the bag back months ago and have requested a full refund time and time again but they have not sent it or replied to our emails.

Do not order from this company. I returned an item in April it's now November and despite contacting them on a weekly basis I've still not had a refund. They keep saying they will refund but don't. Then ignore you emails.

Ordered from this company. Items of clothing were awfully small like for a dolly. Despite these items being dispatched from a warehouse in England I was instructed to send these back to china. I paid a lot to do this and had proof of sending these back and still after months I received no refund despite numerous emails.

These people are deceptive and send you cheap goods that look nothing like the photos - despite them advertising and showing pictorally completely different goods for sale that they trick you into buying. They then do not refund.
They ended up giving me a partial refund only after I said I would sue them, report them to the regulator and also because I informed them they were in breech of the consumer rights act - which in my case they were and still are,. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA): The current law, replacing the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPRs) from April 2025. I lost about £30 and the items they sent went in the bin as they were not even fit for a charity shop.

I found my this company to be really stressful to deal with and the whole experience upsetting to lose over £60 until they relented and gave me a £30 refund because I threatened legal action. I still lost £30 - they were very happy to take from me a Mother of a 4 year old child. the one thing I do know though is eventually, is that they will 100% get all their awful karma returned back to them. I feel the level of dishonesty and misery they have put out to all the people sending reviews here, will eventually fall back onto the company owners. I sincerely hope they reap the rotton seeds they have sown

Please please please do not order from this company! The dress we received did not look anything like the dress on the website! £50 dress which looked like abit of rag when it arrived! The sending back process is complicated with the return address, then they tell you they haven't received the return so they cannot offer you full refund but you never receive the refund. Lots of emails 4 momths later not responded to, trying to get my refund. Please do not order anything from this company.

I would never use this company again ordered suit £119.00 August it came too late for the event so sent it back and paid £26.00 to be returned still have not received a penny DO NOT USE THIS WEB SiTE

I returned an item as per there returns policy nearly 3 months ago and am still awaiting a refund. They claim that it is held in customs. In addition the return is to China and cost 1/2 the price of the dress!
The sizes of their dresses are completely arbitrary and the company does not accept that as a fault in their clothing or manufacturing.

I can only echo others’ experience: shoddy goods; no indication when purchasing that the company was based in China, I checked before buying (though, curiously, the goods were sent from a UK address); expensive tracked return to China; package stuck in Chinese customs for 6 months then returned to me.

I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating. Absolutely awful, I’ve never experienced anything like this from a “clothing brand”(if they can call themselves that) before!! I ordered a dress back in April 2025!! Which turned up and was nothing like what the picture looked like on their website, ordered small size mor extra large!!! I sent it back quickly after receiving it and have to pay £15
in postage back to china (which I also didn’t know about because their address said London originally) I notified that the item had been returned but stuck at customs im China. I also received an email saying refund was processed and should hear within 2 to 3 days. I honestly forgot to check until 9 MONTHS later only to receive the original parcel at my front door now waiting for this refund and have emailed them asking what is going on why is it back to me and I have had no reply to date. I paid £35 for the item and £15 for postage. What a waste of money and time! Absolutely disgusting, whoever owns this company I hope you are happy with yourself stealing peoples hard earned money like that, selling misleading clothing that looks NOTHING like what is on your website. Get a real job like normal people, not scamming others for money!!! AWFUL!

Do NOT buy from this company. Watch dog have investigated them and did a programme on them in May 2025! Please do not buy from here. How can we stop them from trading and advertising in the UK ? Because people tend to only look at these reviews after a bad experience!

absolutely horrendous 3 items all looked nothing like what i ordered didnt relaise it was cheap chine junk had to print off a label sent it off, came back returned sent it all the way to china. never again stay away.

I have posted before. If you are new to this thread, please do not give them your money! I received the kind of trainers you would avoid in a bargain bucket, if they were free. I called my bank as discovered that there was no UK base, and a return was to China. I knew this was a scam but my bank said I had to return and only then would they help. I did so spending £25 return, kept photos of everything etc. My item stayed in customs for 5 months. They had no intention of picking it up, and why would they? They know it cost £1 to make. After multiple emails I did receive a 50% return cost. I contacted my bank again who reclaimed the rest. Apparently the company tried to block this, but my bank had enough evidence from me to fight it. I also received a refund from Royal Mail, as I had also kept all the evidence of failure to deliver. I received my battered item back today, 6 months later. I am ashamed to give them to charity. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. No matter the ‘Olivias’ who send you kind emails… it is AI and a total scam.

DO NOT SHOP HERE They used a product image from a different website and so the dress was nothing like the one they claim to sell. I then sent the dress of for a refund which then came back MONTHS later sent back from customs. They said they would give me a 50% refund ONLY When I explained this to their team, different team members replied everytime asking to show proof of return which I did not have, but I did have the entire parcel with the return from customs. I am still waiting for this to be resolved which I am not holding my breath for

I bought some items on the website which stated their address was in London. When ordering, it offered one of the dresses I ordered half price. I ordered another dress with different size so that I have options. The order was duplicated. I contacted Couture to cancel the 2nd order but was advised that they could not cancel the order. I did not accept the 2 order upon delivery. I was unable to return the first order to the UK address but to china. I posted all the items on the first order except 1 items to China on 11/7/025 at my own cost. To date the order has not been cleared on China port.
Couture charged me for the 2 orders and also other things encountered for. I have been battling with Couture for the funds to be reimbursed back to me without success.

This is a con/scam organisation, please, please do not purchase anything from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, COUTURE MODA - The organisation is not genuine, they are based in China and not the UK. The quality of their product is very poor and substandard

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS IT IS A SCAM! I bought 5 pieces of clothes due to misleading information on their website in July and still cannot get even partial refund. They claim that you can get refund after posting it back to China (on your own expenses!) but do not tell you that it will be stuck at Chinese customs forever. Thus they will use this as justification for not refunding you. I have raised a complaint about this fraudulent business to Honk Kong Consumer Council on 10 November 2025 (they are also registered in HK so chances to sue them and get refund in Europe are zero). do not fall into this trap!!!

One star is too kind. Ordered an outfit from this company in April for a wedding. At the time the company was registered with a UK address on their website. I received the outfit in terrible quality, it didn't look like the pictures, cheap baggy, unfitted material - like rags. I started the refund process only to discover the company is based in China. I paid £23.50, almost half the cost of my item, to return it back to China, following their returns process completely. My parcel got stuck in customs for months, and after complaining, the company did give me a 50% refund in August. I continued to wait patiently for my returns to be received and processed only for it to turn up back on my doorstep after spending 4 months in customs in China. Couture-Moda won't issue me the rest of my refund because they have not received the goods to their warehouse and I refuse to spend another 23.50 to try to return it again. I am now out of pocket for more than what the sorry excuse of an outfit was worth and ashamed of myself for trusting to give this company a go in the first place.
