I bought a pair of trainers, and when they arrived they were awful so tried to send them back for a full refund. I did everything they said in the returns, original packaging, mark as a refund etc and sent them off! Four months later I get them returned by Chinese immigration. So I am even more out of pocket with the cost of trainers and the return costs. So fed up with Chinese businesses who look like they are European companies and you can never get your money back!

Quick update to my previous post.. I sent my jacket back to them for two reasons. 1. It was crxp 2.It was tiny. As of today 6-10-25 it's still sitting in Chinese customs according to RM Tracking.. I despatched the jacket on the 22nd of MAY... Not bad eh !!
5 months sitting at customs, clearly someone in China is running about with a jacket on that I paid for.

So you reply to this review (see below) and you want me to email you YET AGAIN... tell you what, keep the money and the jacket if it ever arrives, Ive better things to do with my time..

Awful company. Wanted a refund which I never received. They wouldn't transfer me the refund until I gave the tracking number, which I didn't receive.
Clearly an automated email reply as every email was the same.

Awful company do not use
Coat arrived at least 2 sizes too small, instigated returns straight away, ended up having to pay £23.50 to send back to China as tracked international only for them to say it’s never arrived, tried to offer just 50% refund back but I declined as the coat cost £64.99 and they sent a bad size! It’s been around 9 weeks now and no further on! I am gutted I didn’t see the other awful reviews before ordering! I will be reporting to UK trading standards. Terrible company

I returned a short sleeved shirt within few days of receiving it 17/7/25. Using tracked service of Royal Mail costing me £16 .Shirt was about £37-£39. To this day 3/10/25 tracking says its with Chinese customs.After many emails COUTURE MODA say it's beyond their control. I've lost in total about £54

Absolutely shocking company. Like other people say don’t get taken in thinking it’s a European company it’s Chinese! No refund, same excuse stuck at customs offer 50% refund which doesn’t even cover the cost of the astronomical postage cost! ZERO STARS!! Beware this company.
I would like to have given this company zero stars. I ordered a medium down filled gilet from them. It arrived several WEEKS later and is so small it must be a size 6!
I have tried writing to and emailing this company with no reply. I have been so gullible - didn’t read the appalling reviews so it’s my own fault. BEWARE. These folk are rip off merchants - close to a scam. So hacked off!

Terrible company! Exactly the same as other reviews! Wish I had looked here first!
Clothing received, terrible quality, finally got returns agreed and had to pay over £40 to be returned to China!! This is not made clear on the website! 5 months later and the clothing has just been retired back to me from China. No response from emails sent!

Clothes were cheap quality brought an expensive dress and then when I received it was obviously not happy and it was definitely not worth the money. I asked to return it and customer service said no? This is a SCAM company

As with all the other reviews. The coat I ordered was terrible when it arrived from china, too small for the size, then quality was appalling .
Then I found out I had to pay for sending it back to China. Then they wouldn’t give me a refund said I could have only store credit. I refused this in many emails. Then they said they couldn’t give me a refund due to it stuck in customs. Then they wanted the tracking number again.
Then they offered me 50% refund the rest in store credit. Terrible terrible. Don’t buy anything from them.

A p1ss taker of an online retailer
A p1ss taker of an online retailer. Appalling quality products, sizing info that is so far off it’s untrue and a complicated and unreliable returns and refund process. Chinese made clothing parading as couture and European, and returns that never make it back to China because they get stuck in customs, at which point the retailer wriggles out of their returns offer and only refunds less than 50% of the purchase costs. Avoid.

Dissapointed
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM. The product did not look anything like the advert. It was cheap, tacky and small. I paid £36 and it was worth 50p and when I complained they offered me 30% or said I could return the jacket to China recorded, however this would be costly. I therefore got £10.80 of my money back. They did respond to my e mails promptly and I did get the refund within a few days. However, be warned the goods are nothing like the adverts. In all honesty I feel scammed.

Scammers avoid!!!!!
Scammers avoid!!!!!! These send a very poor unwearable item. When I said I wanted to return they offered me 50% refund and keep the unwearable item. I said I’d return for full refund. It cost a lot to post back. Months later they are saying customs are holding it still and keep offering 50% refund now. But they never send the 50% because it’s a scam. They will respond to reviews like this saying they are sorry and they would like us to contact customer services like other reviews but I have been talking to them for months and they haven’t sent me a penny! They are scammers I’ve been trying to get the 50% they keep promising for about 4-5 months now. They are not going to pay it. Learn from my mistake and avoid!

If I can give this company no stars I…
If I can give this company no stars I would. Please avoid! I had purchased a trouser suit in 2 different sizes (as unsure what size I would need). I received the order 3 weeks later however, both came in the same size which was far too big. the company did refund me for one of the trouser suits as this was their mistake after sending proof of this.
I then requested a return for the second trouser suit which cost £49.99. I was informed I was required to mark “returns”
clearly on package which I did. It cost me £25 to return the item as I was not aware I was ordering from China. 2 months passed and I reached out as had not received anything. The package had been held at customs in China and the company have basically said this is not there problem and offering me 50% of my order and a further 50% off voucher should I wish to shop with them again. So I am £50 out of pocket!

Cheap & Nasty quality
Cheap & Nasty quality. Advertised as 3-4 business days for delivery. It took 16 days and when it arrived it was cheap and nasty. Item was £50 with £5 discount. It was not even the quality that would cost £5-7 from Shein. Asked to return item and I have to pay return fee.

Don’t buy from this company. Cheap knock offs
I had the worst experience with this company. I spent over £200 on work clothes and when they arrived they were like rags. I continued to be ignored by customer support and finally received messages offering store credit only (absolute joke). I eventually got them to give me a return address and it turns out it had to go to china (shocker). I had to spend £40 on returning the clothes and they still didn’t refund and instead said clothes were stuck at customs and that’s not their problem. They offered store credit for their rags yet again instead of refund. I had to report them to by bank to finally get my refund. Horrible experience and worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute scam of a company.
