I made on order on this website and then got a message on the website that the payment hadnt gone through(I used paypal) I then payed for the same order again and this time it went through. To my surprise I then got two emails about two separate orders being made and got charged via paypal by both. So apparently a mistake has been made by the website. No worries I thought I’ll just email the company straight away and expkain my experience and stop one of the orders the owner Ron accused me of lying stating that I had just made two orders and then changed my mind and now wanted my money back which he said can’t be done. I recommend not using this website or any other website associated with the owner Ron since I felt highly disprespected by the way I was adressed. Who knows, u might aswell place ONE order and then have 15 orders going through. Also superbad for the environment to just go ahead and print and order against the buyers wish just to throw it away immediately?

Meine bestellten Labels haben eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Beim Nähen kommen die Fäden von der Rückseite auf der Vorderseite zum Vorschein. Kontakt kam zu Stande, Antwort ging jedoch an der Frage vorbei. Kein Einsehen seitens des Verkäufers. 0 Sterne !

Ik heb op 2 febr bestelling gedaan. Betaling lukte niet. Daarna via chat en mail contact gezocht. Via chat en telefoon niet bereikbaar, men laat horen dat je mail aan info moet sturen. Dat ook gedaan, men beloofde binnen een dag reactie. Na een volle week nog gene reactie!!!

Very disappointed in this company. I bought iron on labels to put on knit sweaters. Some sweaters were wool but most were 100% cotton yet the labels did not stick, There were no warnings that these labels do not stick to knitted material yet they refuse to reimburse me. I do not recommend a company that does not stand by their product and misleads purchasers by not providing a full accurate description of what fabrics it will or will not work on. I may have lost $100 but they are losing hundreds of dollars from the order I planned to make. I failed to read the reviews before ordering snd it certainly looks like they are not a credible company to deal with. I will now purchase it elsewhere.

labels total unscharf, support quasi nicht vorhanden,
nutzlos... absolut NICHT zu empfehlen...

Ordered labels May 2021. Recieved order Jan 2022. The arrival took me by surprise as I had completely forgot about them. After complaining last year I was told I'd get a refund, which I didn't. The quality of the labels as poor, not worth the wait. Dont bother with this company.

THIS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY- Don't be fooled by .com.au. The labels are NOT cotton at all but printed synthetic labels. NOT recommended at all.

Do not buy labels from this Company. The fabric is not as advertised - I ordered cotton labels and awful polyester labels were sent. The print on the label is not clear. I ordered black labels and when they arrived they had a nasty white backing. I had purchased the labels to sew into the seams of my handcrafted handbags but I am unable to use them because they do not look professional. Very disappointed. I have e-mailed Cottontrends expressing my dissatisfaction and I will wait to see how they respond.

This is one of those fake companies that pretend to be from the country that you are in - in my case, NZ. I have waited a very long time and received half my order. I wish I'd checked and seen all these reviews first! Is there a way to get these sites shut down? NEVER USE this company!

Plusieurs commandes d’étiquettes avec une police sans problème… lors d’un changement de police j’exprime mon avis à la réception car mécontente du résultat : écriture illisible sur le coton choisi… plus de son plus d’image, même pas un geste commercial pour renouveler une commande qui me satisfasse et pour fidéliser… je déconseille et je vais voir ailleurs !

Die Namensetiketten zum aufbügeln lösen sich nach dem ersten Waschen bereits ab. Ungenügende Klebqualität. Auf E- Mails mit dem Sachverhalt erhält man gar keine Antwort.
Die Etiketten sind das Geld nicht Wert!

Tog lång tid och väääldigt tunna tygettiketter.Kommer vara svårt att sy på om inte omöjligt så nej dom åker i soporna.Inte att rekommendera.

Simpelthen under al kritik. Bestilte 1 meter stof med eget mønster i hvid med lyseblåt mønster. Modtog stof i bundfarve hvid men med grønt og blåt mønster. Har nu fire gange kontaktet deres kundeservice ,- de tre gange er jeg blevet bedt om at sende et eksempel på min klage hvilket jeg allerede havde vedhæftet i min første klage.Tilsidst svarede de at de ikke forstod min klage de havde jo sendt stoffet med farverne hvid, blå og grøn... MEN der er ikke grøn farve i min vedhæftede PDF i ordren.. Har for femte gang sendt rykker for svar på min reklamation....

First order everything was fine.
Second time, black labels arrived as grey. After ten emails, where I received two completely different answers to the same email, they repeatedly lied, even though my invoice said black saying I ordered grey, then saying they thought it related not to the clothing tag but to the cardboard labels, every email was a different con.
Would not do business with this company again.

Very impressed with customer communication and service. I was concerned regarding previous reviews but no need to be. Considering there is a pandemic, I am super impressed with delivery time and product.

Skulle ge 0 stjärnor om det gick. Dum som jag är läste jag inte recensionerna innan jag handlade. Beställde lasergraverade lappar i veganläder. Texten är så liten så den knappt syns och lapparna är som papper. Totalt värdelöst. Så missnöjd och besviken. Beställ INTE härifrån!

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for a nearly $100 order for 40 days. I won't get a refund this is what they email me:
