Ordered the blow up slide and pool for the kids and it was sent within 24 hours and received within 48 hours. Easy to blow up and maintain what a great purchase. Will definitely be using this site again 😊

Do not buy a ride on car from this company - have spent hours trying to get the car to work.. no joy and a very disappointed nephew. The company refused to send another car, insisted I must dismantle the car and order another … after doing so, the next day it is refunded as sold out! Despite weeks of back and fourth emails. Never known a company to be so unhelpful when trying to resolve a problem. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a ride-on electric jeep for my son with a guaranteed delivery date of Friday 17th April.

Part of the order (the wheels) arrived on time, but the main parcel was sent via DX Freight and never delivered. I have a little boy here still waiting.

After multiple calls to the courier, I've been told:

The address was incorrect (missing house name)
Then it would be delivered the next day
Then delayed due to staffing
Then “definitely tomorrow”
Then “out for delivery”
Then finally… still sitting in the depot

I contacted Costway for help and was met with a very dismissive response. I was told this was “nothing to do with them” because it’s with the courier.

That is simply not acceptable. As the retailer, you are responsible for ensuring the order is delivered as promised. I bought the product based on the delivery date you provided at time of purchase.

End result: a very disappointed child and a completely avoidable situation.

Poor service, no ownership, and no resolution offered.

Bought a children’s electric vehicle from them and it didn’t even last a year. Buy rubbish and you buy twice. I’ve learnt my lesson.

Just bought a Costway height adjustable desk which arrived faulty. The desk will lift but won’t go back down. Followed all the instructions including watching videos. Instructions advise to turn power off and back on, but when we did that the desk would lift automatically. It’s kept doing this til it reached maximum height and won’t go back down. Contacted Costway to be fobbed off repeatedly, now they’re saying they will give me half my money back to use the desk at its max height. I’m 5ft4, it’s up to my chest!!! Absolutely ridiculous. All I want is the faulty parts to be replaced. Very unprofessional. Not impressed at all.

I bought a patio glider chair 8 months ago. I wrote them wondering if I could possible but 2 bolts that were lost. It had been moved about many times so I told them it was my fault.

They sent me a new set of all bolts and nuts and did not charge me.

I was well impressed.

Easy to navigate and order items

On the 10th February I ordered the king-size Costway bed frame through B&Q (DHL was supposed to deliver) and I never received the bed frame. DHL lied they tried to deliver and that they left calling card when they had not. I then had a hard time trying to get my money back.
Now I ordered the same bed frame Costway Kingsuize through Amazon (Amazon are a brilliant caring company) and DHL again are the delivery company, they were supposed to deliver today and NEVER delivered.
I have never heard of Costway before trying to buy this as frame but I am beginning to think it's not just DHL, maybe it's Costway Store to blame as well.
It's very upsetting as I paid for the bed and gave clear instructions how to get to my residential block. I am very disappointed. If the bed does not come I will not try to buy this bedframe from this company again and I will also make sure DHL are not the company delivering as they are the WORST in the country.
Update: bed FINALLY arrived BUT DHL delivery men DUMPED the 27kg box downstairs near the block entance where the two working lifts are located, that's right you read that right, two working lifs downstairs a d they could not beethered.
We had kept emailing the company ALL day and gave up waiting for delivery and my husband was going shopping only to find the delivery downstairs.
My husband DAMAGED his back bringing it upstairs, he could not move for a few days and he visited the doctor who is sending him for a scan of the back and he is on medicaton. When my husband bent down to carry the box his trousers split and straight away he got shooting pain so now waiting for hospital scan.
I have just today received an email via trust pilot from Costway company asking for my details and reference order otherwise they are saying they will not recognise this as as a real order, HOW DARE this evil uncaring company call my order NOT real, why would i go on line to write a review about something that is not true! I have better things to do then waste my precious time!
My only wish is that the ones responsible at Costway and DHL suffer the same unkind behaviour in the future what they done on to us, nasty evil people who do NOT care if they get their products and worse if they INJURE themselves. So i hope you all suffer the same fate in the future what you done on to us.

Expected by Monday 2 Feb, we are now Wednesday 4 Feb and tracking says ‘Package is returning to’

Update 05 February.

I asked for a refund and they said no. Therefore I’ve decided to dispute the charge with my bank now. We are LITERALLY EATING ON THE FLOOR while waiting for this. I had high expectations.

But not really sure why it’s taking so long to solve this. I had a delivery problem for an order from Amazon who used DPD, I called them up and in 10 min it was solved. This is not great customer service.

Why not send a replacement product while the other is already returning to you?

I purchased a Costway double pram (tandem style) advertised as suitable for two children. It is not fit for purpose.

My child under 2 years old cannot fit comfortably in either seat due to extremely limited leg room. Even my 3-month-old baby does not fit properly, as the seat length and support are inadequate. This makes the pram completely unusable for the purpose it was sold for.

Despite this, I am now being told I am expected to pay return costs. As a parent alone with two young children, I cannot easily leave the house to arrange or carry out a return, yet this has not been taken into consideration at all.

Customer service responses have been automated and unhelpful, with no practical support offered for a product that was unsuitable from delivery. The lack of flexibility or care shown has been extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend this company to parents. The product listing is misleading, and resolving issues once something goes wrong is unnecessarily difficult

My wife bought a Costway tumble drier about 3 years ago and it has proven very effective. However, there is a circular filter that collects fibers from the clothes, and which we remove and clean up after each session. It has become increasingly worn and is now almost impossible to clean, so we contacted Costway and asked if we could get a spare part. They wanted all kinds of info about the purchase and the various parts, which we went to some trouble to search out and send to them. Today they reply to say that it is not their policy to sell spare parts to customers -- which makes you wonder why they asked for all the info in the first place. So if you own a Costway device please take care of it, because if something goes wrong you will have no chance of getting it repaired! We were very shocked to find a major company with such a ridiculous attitude. After all, if we bought the spare the money would go into their bank, so they would not be losing anything.

I paid for an item that was never delivered, and despite this, the company has flatly refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable.

Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, offering excuses instead of solutions. There was no accountability for the failed delivery and no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Being charged for something you never receive is indefensible.

This experience feels like a complete disregard for customers once they’ve taken your money. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering, as you may be left out of pocket with no support if something goes wrong.

Excellent customer support throughout my purchase. Having initially contacted the customer service. Communication was excellent and an easy means of payment for my purchase, which was delivered quickly, safely and well packaged.

Whilst I am finally delighted with my HW52973 kneeling chair, I was not at all delighted with the assembly instructions. Nowhere on the packaging did it say that the chair had been provided by Costway. There was no picture of the finished article and you needed high magnification glasses to read the totally inadequate, unclear assembly instructions. I had to pay my handyman to assemble the chair. He has decades of experience and is always very efficient. He commented that the assembly instructions were terrible.

Ordered a vanity desk, half way through and over two hours of my time as a disabled person and there is a part missing. Told to put it back in the box when it is half erected and taking over my lounge space. Told someone would come back to me but customer service unable to resolve. So what is the point of customer service. Unsatisfactory.

Checking TrustPilot and can't help but think that if the firm have breached the guidelines for incentives then how can I trust any of these reviews?!
