Got a very quick response and delivery

Got a very quick response and delivery. There was an issue in that I wasn't advised the goods had been dispatched, nor who the carrier was. This was traced to an IT issue over the New Year Holiday. Great response from the company when I spoke with them. Would definitely use them again - superb.

Quick delivery

Delivery was much quicker than expected, although FedEx changed the date and time a couple of times. However, they did keep us informed.

Great service, great prices!

At Positive Contractors Ltd, we’ve been sourcing all of our lighting solutions from Cosmo for the past 7 years, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Peter’s expertise in the lighting industry is unparalleled. He consistently goes above and beyond to find exactly what we need and ensures it’s delivered the very next day—often at incredibly competitive prices.

In fact, it’s usually more cost-effective than buying directly from our wholesalers. Plus, any issues we’ve encountered have always been swiftly and efficiently resolved, making our experience hassle-free.

A big thank you to Peter and Sam for their outstanding support and exceptional service. We look forward to many more years of working together!
