Meine Erfahrungen mit Cosmobet waren äußerst negativ.
Die Plattform richtet sich an deutsche Kunden, verfügt jedoch über keine deutsche Glücksspiellizenz. Dennoch waren Registrierung, Einzahlungen und Glücksspiel für mich problemlos möglich.
Besonders kritisch sehe ich die mangelnde Transparenz der Zahlungsabwicklung. Auf meinen Kontoauszügen erschienen andere Händlerbezeichnungen anstelle von Cosmobet bzw. Santeda International B.V. Als Verbraucher war für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, welche Unternehmen meine Zahlungen tatsächlich entgegengenommen haben und welche Rolle die verschiedenen Unternehmen in der Zahlungskette spielten.
Nachdem ich Auskünfte zu meinem Konto, meinen Transaktionen und den beteiligten Unternehmen angefordert hatte, wurde mein Konto gesperrt. Anschließend war eine Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen nicht mehr möglich, da meine E-Mails nicht mehr zugestellt werden konnten.
Da ich keine zufriedenstellende Klärung erhielt, sah ich mich gezwungen, Reklamationen bei meiner Bank einzureichen sowie mich an verschiedene nationale und internationale Behörden zu wenden.
Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung mangelt es dieser Plattform erheblich an Transparenz, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Zahlungsabwicklung, der Erreichbarkeit des Kundenservice und der Kommunikation mit Verbrauchern.

I opened an account, placed a bet then got a bonus amount to bet. I bet this amount with £100 cash in my account making it just over a £200 bet. The bet won and returned £4300. I the. Had to bet x15 wagering to complete the bonus. I done this too and my balance was £4000.. I withdrew £3500 and went to bed. Today I have woken up and my withdrawal has been rejected, my new balance is £998 and this company has done a system withdraw and decided I won to much and has taking £3000 out my account. THE ORIGINAL BET WAS PLACED WITH HALF MY MONEY AND HALF BONUS. This means the have stolen £1000 from my own money I bet and complete wiped out the whole bonus. Saying I won to much.. they are also saying that because my own money was bet with bonus money that my money becomes bonus money and they can just take that if I win to much because it’s in the T+Cs. THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGET IT. I also have all the screenshots of all of this and the conversation with live chat to prove this

Now … i know money wagered is money earned, that's how it works and please be aware, i have won monies in doing this theory. (please do contact reviewers if proof is available). BUT WATCH OUT FOR THIS SITE. Poor customer service, and when they are challenged upon regulations , funny enough my account gets blocked. I deposited and played on Cosmobet for about two months without any issues. When I requested a withdrawal, they asked for KYC verification, which I completed and which was approved.
Immediately after, my account was permanently closed and my full balance of 9,700 CAD was confiscated. I was offered my last deposit minus 20% — that's it.
I asked five different agents over multiple emails one simple question: what did I do wrong? Not a single one could give me a straight answer. I was sent back and forth between KYC, Support, and Complaints in circles. Two agents cited one rule, then a third cited a completely different one.
When a Compliance Officer finally responded, they stated that "internal evidence cannot be disclosed." So they confiscated my money but refuse to tell me why or show any proof.
This is not how a legitimate business operates. I have every email documented.
