I'm playing from the UK it works perfectly fine, you do have to verify your ID before your first withdrawal, I used my driving license, it was all through the website via a verification app, it verified me fine. I've made 4 deposits, and 3 withdrawals.

I deposit via bank transfer (nationwide) which works fine, it instantly hits my account once I approve it in my nationwide app.

I withdraw via "SEPA" which so far, has come through the following day each time, there's a small conversion fee, for example I withdrew £270 and received £268.20.

The website itself UI is like most other casinos, as others have noted some slots don't load. The good thing is you can do bonus buys, which have been surprisingly generous to me. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this casino is. If you ever think about depositing into this horror casino,just dont. All the positive reviews are npcs or bought. Went to withdraw 750 via SEPA, looked like eveything was all okay. Logged back into my account and realised that the £750 withdrawal had been rejected, no explanation as to why or anything. Instead, without asking me. They withdrew £500 and put £250 back in my account. This £500 was not withdrawn via SEPA and I have no idea where it has gone?!? I haven’t received the money, it’s impossible to contact them! The £250 I withdrew again and that is now on my account… but the £500 is lost. I would be very careful on this site, seems wrong that they done this without even asking me.

I told my friend about this site and we both were playing he was given some free spins and he used the bonus spins we won 40 plus we had deposited 40 we spun up to 300 withdrawn. The withdrawal was pending.

We deposited more, and won another 600 and we cancelled are first withdrawal as you can only have one withdrawal at a time. We added the money on top so we had 900. We deposited again and won again! So now we were withdrawing about 1200 all together might have been even more.

Later that evening he received an email telling him his withdrawal was void and was only allowed to withdraw 300.

There response was in line with the terms and conditions "excessive winnings generated from free spins have been deducted from your winnings"

Surely the first withdrawal would make the free spins bonus void as we have tried to withdraw it.

Well firstly to be looking at these sites normally means you have exhausted the Main Street ones or you got game care blocked or the list goes on but honestly now guys this one is spot on.
