I’d say that Cosmobet is a good choice overall. The bonuses aren’t worth taking, as they require high wagering and a cap on winnings. For sports singles and accumulators, there are definitely worse options out there than this. The withdrawal times aren’t too bad either. Biggest Scam Going on the website.... Do not apply your registration unless stupidly suffices. Now … i know money wagered is money earned, that's how it works and please be aware, i have won monies in doing this theory. (please do contact reviewers if proof is available). I was a happy customer, but then they marked Bruno Fernandes as only getting 66 passes when Opta, whoscored.com, FOTMOB and 15 other sites showed 72 passes… just because their “source” soccerstats.info… who is impossible to contact…. I deposited and played on Cosmobet for about two months without any issues. When I requested a withdrawal, they asked for KYC verification, which I completed and which was approved.

Immediately after, my account was permanently closed and my full balance of 9,700 CAD was confiscated. I was offered my last deposit minus 20% — that's it.

I asked five different agents over multiple emails one simple question: what did I do wrong? Not a single one could give me a straight answer. I was sent back and forth between KYC, Support, and Complaints in circles. Two agents cited one rule, then a third cited a completely different one.

When a Compliance Officer finally responded, they stated that "internal evidence cannot be disclosed." So they confiscated my money but refuse to tell me why or show any proof.

Do not open an account with Cosmobet. They send promo offer which they do not give. I had an experience when I received an email mentioning to give an extra 100% deposit after depositing the amount. The extra amount was deposited to the games section although it explicitly mentioned in the email that the deposit was referred to Sport. I contacted customer service and after more than 2 hours they did not managed to help me. I was on contact with someone called Tobyas who kept changing his mind giving me wrong solutions. Absolutely the worst betting site I ever used as well as customer service.
